    On February 17th, 2023, I contacted this company to mount a tv on the wall. I told him exactly what needed to be done. I asked for the current tv to be taken down and replaced with a new one, 5" bigger than the old one, and connected to the current soundbar. All wires and cords can and were threaded through the existing opening in the wall and out near the floor baseboard where the outlet is. I was quoted $150 for this job over the phone by *****. When they arrived, ***** told me that he thought the soundbar should be placed below the tv instead of where it was, which was above the tv. I asked if that was a significant task, and he assured me it was not and should not take more than 15 minutes, and there was no mention of an extra charge. When the job was finished, ***** spent approximately 5 to 10 minutes explaining the capabilities of the tv. After they packed up their tools, ***** said the price was $450 because they had moved the soundbar. I felt this was a very deceptive and should have been disclosed prior to completion. Against my conscience, I paid the $450 through Zelle. He also stated his work is guaranteed for two years. The next day I got the first opportunity to turn on and familurize myself with the new tv. I then became aware that the sound was not properly coming from the sound bar and the volume could not be adjusted on the tv remote. I immediately reached out to ***** by text. After much dissent, I called to speak directly and was told he would not come back to address the problem without another $150 charge. Upon asking about the two year guarantee, he has stopped responding. I have kept a copy of our text dialogue.

    Hi . On February 18  Camcon Tech completed a Job with client. An over the phone estimate was given to client. Upon arrival the customer didn't disclose in detail the scope of the job. The customer stated we just have to simply swapped out a television. Upon arrival we explained to the customer that the scope of work is totally different from what was told to us on the phone. It's not just to swap out a television. A swap out would be replacing a frame tv for another frame Tv. This tv is a Frame that is furnish with it's own special mount. She also didn't disclose she have a Soundbar and we would have to re-wire the entire job. She also added more work to task  in the  dining room. 

    Scope of work. 
    1.******** old plasma tv.
    2. ******** old tv bracket
    3. De-mount Sonos Soundbar 
    4. Unbox ******* Frame tv
    5. Mount *********** bracket that is furnished with-in box
    6. Remount Sonos Soundbar below frame tv. Previously it was mounted above the old tv. 
    7. ********* and Soundbar 
    8. Install ******* frame kit around frame tv. 
    9. Program remote and customer education. Including casting family photos to new tv. 


    A Day after customers called and text concerning volume control on her tv. After trying to explain over the phone,  we return on February 22nd at 3pm . We explained and fix all issues per customer request and explain again how to operate her new tv. 
    We never stop responding to her see attached photo.
