    This place sells broken cars lemon cars. I got two cars the first one all I owe was ***** the engine was not good at all then they put me in another car same problem this company really need to be investigated because by law they do not supposed to sell cars broken cars to customers and we have to fix it if they break down so they only gave me 700 back I feel like they should gave me more. They are rude to me verbally, and I am disable. Every time everybody have a problem with their cars everyone they really need to be shut down and investigate

    Regarding ****************** first purchase of a 2011 ***** Equinox on 5/4/2022 needed an alternator and new battery which was covered under warranty on 9/9/2022.  In March 2023 the engine was replaced, also under warranty.  In July 2023 the fuel pumped needed to be replaced which has nothing to do with the motor but ****************** refused to pay for her repairs that were needed and demanded to be traded out.  Though she drove the vehicle over ***** from the date of purchase, on 7/18/2023 she purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot with $700 down.  On July 28 she came to the dealership with a check engine light on, and called the police.  At this time we offered to give her a full refund or pay to repair the check engine light.  She agreed to let us fix the check engine light and she scheduled an appointment to have it checked out on 8/4 and it was found to need a tune-up.  Splish Splash paid the full cost of repair and ****************** picked up the vehicle and spoke to our office manager ******************************* and stated she was happy with the vehicle.  Her payment was due on 8/4 and by 8/9 we called to ask for payment.  She refused to pay and wanted to return the vehicle.  She brought it back on 8/9 and we issued a refund check for the full $700 she put down.  We did not deduct any fee's for driving the vehicle over **** miles since date of purchase or for the cost of transferring her tag.  I hope you can see we did everything possible to make her happy and stand behind our product.  If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know.

    they are selling lemon cars i want y'all investigate more because they never answers the phone when i had problems with my first car yes they fix my car but they also told me everything was brand new come too find out they gave me a bad battery so I been without a car for 3 months due too that after it was a another problem with my whole engine change you can say too month later it was on the same thing, but it supposed been new engine that left me without a car for a month and they didn't care ever  since. When I had finance for the jeep patriot 2015, it was said that the check engine light was on as Im looking at the car sales guy  told me not to worry about it and they was very disrespectful with me before that day I went to them because my back lights wasn't coming off in the back the lady told me too come back @ 9:00 the nexts morning which I did an she was being very disrespectful too me telling me it's nun I can do which confusing for me so I ask too speak to the supervisor but she didn't want too speak with me at all she had one of her colleagues transferred everything she was saying why she sitting at her desk and I ask for a refund  they refuse me on that so I ************************ called the police in the time the police came she wanted too come out too speak me and try issue me my refund that I was refused from the first time I end up getting police report and all. this so sad when I finally turned in the car I ask them what is there names they refuse that as well and I assuming the owner is this guy that I've never seen in the office he was being really rude to me and told me to get out of here due to already got my refund. It's nothing else that I need to be here for.
     Im not the only one they having car problems. Every car that they sell is bad you can investigate. Not satisfied.

    I bought a car ( 2014 *********** from splish splash February 22, 2023 check engine light on car was on the moment it was bought according to them it was nothing major wrong with the car that someone had to reset the engine light it went off for 10 mins and came back on they sent me to j auto repair where the man told me he fixed it and it came on again took it back to them again he said he didnt know what was the problem I took it to splish splash where I was told the car wasnt good they didnt find the problem they had to look and find it they gave me another car which they want me to pay $500 extra for when I got in it tire pressure low car wouldnt crank and check engine light also came on this time it was flashing and wont give gas I reported it and took pictures and videos of the noise it make I havent had this car for even 2 weeks and camshaft is no good can I get some options please

    Our customer brought her car in to us today and we discovered the motor was blown.  We offered to trade her into another vehicle with a full credit or issue a full refund.  I am so happy to say that she chose to purchase with us again and give us another chance.  She drove off happy in another vehicle.

    I had previously made a complaint case with your bbb already about my auto dealership and aint nothing change they gave me the car back in the end of January and unfortunately aint nothing change about the car its still giving me problems with the motor and the brakes which was done by the crooked jays auto in ******* who splish deal with who dont fix your vehicles correctly they supposedly did my brakes and. Roaders but after they did them when I first got the car it was never fix so I explained that to them and the car went back and still not fix I got the car in late Jan after my motor blew after only having the car for 6 weeks in Nov I got the car back after being carless and paying out a lot of money for rides from Nov - end of jan..I got the car back and its still not fix..I currently need brakes and roaders again this car gave me sooo much problems and I aint even drove/have it for 6 months..straight..EVERYBODY SAYS ITS A LEMON AND I KEEP STRESSING I WANT MY MONEY BAck..UNDER ** LEMON LAW BUT THEY REFUSE ALSO THEIR RACIST NO BLACK PEOPLE WORK THEIR ONLY HISPANIC THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF **..and our money the staff is horrible and racist MS..ANNABELLE..******..******** ALL OF THEM AND YOU KNOW HOW YOU KNOW THE **** NO GOOD AND LEMONS BECAUSE NONE OF THEM HAD THEIR VEHICLES FROM THERE..Im currently getting a lawyer..I have paperwork pics..and messages..I have a previous case #******** please help me..
