            Kitchen Solvers (at the time of ********************, now in Punta Gorda--same owners) did a kitchen remodel for us, but never completed the job. We have a rather long punch list, and we have called, texted, and emailed them DOZENS of times, and mostly they went unanswered, or were sent to voicemail, and the messages never returned. They claimed to offer a "limited lifetime warranty", but when we saw the glass cabinet doors installed, they had bit of cardboard stuck between the glass panes. We requested replacement, but never heard back for months despite multiple attempts to reach them, until they finally told us that the company we ordered them from was "no longer doing business with the subcontractor who supplied the glass doors", and there was nothing they could do. I responded that this was unacceptable, and that they should reach out directly to the subcontractor to request replacements, and if that didn't work, they needed to hire a qualified cabinetmaker to disassemble the glass door, clean out the debris, and reassemble and reinstall them. *** never responded. There is also a filler strip that doesn't match the cabinets that we want replaced, but they ignored that request as well. There are multiple other issues to be addressed, including drawers that don't close properly, cracked laminate in some of the cabinets, cement from the tile splashed on the kick plate, pendant lights that are hanging at different heights, wires for the cabinet lights hanging loose in the cabinets, and a loose outlet. I was promised that they would come back and address our concerns, and sent a "punch list" on 5/11/22, but have not have not had a response from this business since. I have sent 17 texts, and an email, but to no avail.
