Dress was terrible returned it to address listed they refused it and said all kinds of humbug that I needed to send it to china and I had 14 days from purchase but that already passed but I returned it 2 days after delivery but they refused the package and it took that long to get back to me! Lost over $40 plus return shipping! DO KOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This site is a scam. We ordered a dress and the one we received was completely different than the one pictured. The only thing the same was the color. I wish I had researched it here first!

I had ordered a dress and paid for expedited shipping. The dress did not come within the 3-7 business day window as promised, and a completely different dress had been delivered than the one I ordered. I emailed to start the return and refund process, and they replied that I must pay for shipping and if it gets lost in transit they cannot refund my order. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give this website less than 1 star - I would. Ordered a dress - THEY sent the WRONG item, yet I have to return it to get a refund, oh and I have to pay shipping UP FRONT. If I want to keep the WRONG item, then they will only refund 30%. Do not order from this website. They are the kings of scamming. The phone number doesn't work.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. After making a purchase, I did not receive any confirmation email. When I tried to contact their customer service, I found that the number was disconnected. This was my first time ordering from their site, and I did so because they advertised a dress I had been wanting, which was sold out elsewhere.Concerned by the lack of communication, I researched the company and discovered numerous reviews indicating it was a scam. Despite canceling my order immediately, I still received the package. As suspected, the dress arrived without a brand tag, with threads sticking out, a poorly made zipper, and extremely thin, cheap material. It was not the dress advertised and was of such poor quality that I would never wear it.To make matters worse, I was charged the full price of over $100, equivalent to the cost of the genuine dress from the real website. This company is clearly running a scam operation and should be shut down. I hope my dispute claim will be successful in recovering my money.
