Jeff with Steves towing came out to tow my sons antique 86 Ford thunderbird to a transmission shop for a transmission replacement. Jeff was disgustingly disrespectful with his mouth using profanity every other word (mostly the F word). He then said "***** ******" as profanity so I pointed to my car which has ***** ****** Is Lord on it as my family are Christians, and he seen it and said "oh". I was not happy. THEN knowing we were going to be following him to the shop with the car, he was driving at 70mph in a 45 residential down kings highway I COULDNT BELEIVE IT I stayed with Him as my car reached 67mph and I had to slow down I was ANGRY, mean while the Thunderbird is bouncing around like a kid on a trampoline while there are pieces to the car taped underneath it. THEN when we get to the shop and the car is off the truck, they had to push it a few feet and Jeff starts telling me and my son about a hernia he had and how his fat stomach would sink to his male parts and it could be like flashing his friends saying "hey boys check out these babies". I was so appalled! I told him we are Christians and that is ungodly and not honoring to the Lord. He replied yeah I guess it wouldn't be. The worst towing I have ever seen. Unprofessional with no regards for my son's car! I called and told the owner what happened and she agreed with me that it was wrong and said she would talk to Him. THEN a week later the shop calls and says we are missing a part...the same part that should have still been under the car. I beleive it may have flown off during his attemps to loose me when he made that quick turn on to veterans blvd. I will NEVER call that company again! Jeff needs to be fired!
