  Invoice # **** August 22 2022 called ******** Air conditioner for a repair on Air conditioner at *************************************************************************************************. Repairman came installed : ************** Faulty Breaker, and Surge Protector to ************* Charge was $643.00. This amount was paid by ******** which is my daughter, that is living at the house.The air conditioner is not a year old and is still under warranty. Bought and installed March 2 2022. by Velocity ************************* Called Velocity for reimbursement of payment because it is covered by WARRANTY. He referred me to the ******** that that the repair for a follow-up on the reimbursement in warranty coverage. Which has refused to acknowledge the warranty.

  We did not originally install the ** unit so we do not have a warranty to honor. The tenants called us to repair the unit and we repaired it. While making repairs we noticed that the damage to the unit was due to an electrical storm, which normally wouldn't be covered under warranty. We included a surge protector to help fight against that from happening again. If they do not want the surge protector we are willing to remove it however their unit would be at risk of electrical damage.
