12/31/2024 ********* Financed through ************* Financial Brand New 2024 ************* 325G The machine was considered new but the machine only had 37 hours on it. Although considered the new machine was filthy and filters needed replaced. Upon purchase everything worked flawlessly although the filth after 2 weeks from the purchase the machine's oil pump went bad and is now unusable. The Business attempted to fix the issue and try to compensate me with 1 yr extension on the warranty. Unfortunately, that does not work with me as I am afraid this is going to be broken further as we have already have had issues with the machine 2 weeks into ownership.

Dobbs Equipment is committed to providing high-quality equipment and excellent customer service. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to resolve them in a fair and timely manner. The customer purchased a ************** 325G Compact Track Loader, which at the time of sale was and currently remains in proper working condition.

After the customer reported issues, ******************** acted in good faith by replacing multiple parts to ensure the machines performance.Additionally, as a goodwill gesture, we extended and upgraded the 1-year warranty to 3 years, which the customer signed and agreed to on 1/24/2025.

The customers current concerns appear to be regarding idling and operating noise, which are characteristic of the normal function of all **** Deere 325G models. There is no defect or failure, and the machine remains fully operable. Given that Dobbs Equipment has already taken significant steps to address the customers concerns, and the machine functions as designed and intended by the manufacturer, Dobbs Equipment believes the customers request for an exchange is not warranted.

Contrary to the customers claim, the machine is not being held in our shopit remains there solely because the customer has refused to pick it up. The decision to leave a fully functional machine at our facility is entirely their own. Dobbs Equipment has made the machine available for pickup, and we are not withholding it in any way.

Even though Dobbs has made extensive efforts made to accommodate the customers concerns, including part replacements and a warranty extension, offering to allow them to compare idling noise levels, we have agreed to permit the customer a return on the machine.

We have our truck at the shop since Sep 25th, 2024, for almost 4 months. We expected to receive it 2 months ago however nobody has provided us with any substantial information and my financial loss has increased day by day. The insurance company paid the full for invoice ********* total amount $25,014.18. We are inside a like "to pass the ***** where nobody at Dobbs or Cementech has a response or takes responsibility for that along with recurring excuses. None has given us support accordingly with the expected due to the type of truck and how much money is involved. We have been paid monthly installments, insurance, and other related costs without customer support for at least planning our operations. Unfortunately, we're very disappointed with the service provided by both companies. The truck is at Doobs Equipment at ************************************************************************* General manager in charge: - ***** ****** - Phone: ************ / ************

After reviewing the complaint and attachments provided,Dobbs would like to address some inaccuracies. The customer elected to have the machine first delivered to an alternate repair shop on September 25th,forgoing to bring it to one of ********** authorized dealer and repair providers. The machine did not arrive at Dobbs Equipment-******* till October 30th. Dobbs estimate for the repair services was not authorized till November 20, 2024.

With the above clarified, we, at Dobbs, remain dedicated to returning the machine to the customer in as timely a manner as possible.Unfortunately, due to the extensive damage to the machine, there were necessary repairs to be made prior to being able to diagnose other items or components. A custom-made component and extended parts lead times have resulted in unforeseen delays.

The Dobbs Work Order on which the work is being performed remains open, as the repair is not yet completed. In regard to the customers desired settlement request, ********************** is actively working on the repairs with hopes to have the customers machine running in the very near future.
