    This company never showed back up to complete the job. ****, the owner came out and quoted me an upcharge, he said you guys are living nice out here. ******, his wife had already quoted me a price. He went up $400 more on the job. They used an awful smelling spray paint for the primer. ******, told me there would be no fumes, as i told her my grandson has really bad asthma. Everyday it was a different story as to why they didnt come back, finally they came back with a ******** experiment **** said he was trying. Neither **** nor myself liked the experiment and this is when they were supposed to come back and re do and complete the ***** job. I gave Wood and Handz a $1500 deposit and they did not return or reach out. It is when i reached out to them they decided they wanted to complete the already botched job and i told them no thank you it has been a full week with no communication. ******'s excuse was she was traveling to ***. i just need my $1500 back I have already hired another contracter who has given me the details about the spray paint product they had to strip.

    I paid $***** deposit and scheduled the service for May 27th but the day before they were supposed to come out they pushed it back to June 3rd. They came out (late and unprepared) and they were supposed to return the next day to actually epoxy. On the 4th I messaged them and they said they had a family emergency and pushed it back to Monday the 6th. The prep guy showed up late again and unprepared and he didn't finish prep work that day either. I then got a message the next day saying they have another job and they can complete my project June 15th-16th. On June 16th their ETA was said to be "about an hour or so" at 11:02 and they didn't show up until around 1:40. They then finished on the 17th and we got photos of the completed work and it looked good in photos! I paid them the remaining balance of $******** over *****. When we went to the house the next day (since we weren't moved in yet) and saw that it did not look as good in person. There were drip marks because they didn't sand them down, it was very uneven, there were striations, and there's yellowing. There's even parts where there's no epoxy at all. It just looked like they didn't care since we weren't there watching them (we gave them our door code since we weren't living there, we were in Orlando, and we got tired of waiting for them since they were always late. They said they'll fix it, they said they can come by on June 20th. Then it was moved to June 21st, then June 29th, then June 30th, then July 1st, then July 2nd and now today August 2nd. I messaged them July 30th and this morning to confirm they were coming and no response. Tried calling and I left a message but no response. I feel ripped off and I know they have other priorities since we already paid them. I either want my money back to pay someone else to fix their mistakes or I want them to come back to fix their mistakes. I'm very frustrated and the communication seems like it's gone at this point.

    They agreed to a $375 refund on August 11th and said I'll get it through zelle in 5-7 days. As of today, August 20th, I still haven't received a refund. I sent a message yesterday to see the status of the refund but no response.

    On August 11 they said we will get the $375 refund within 5-7 business days. I followed up on the 19th, sent ***** requests on the 22nd, sent another follow up on the 24th, and on the 25th I reached out again and they finally messaged back saying we will get the refund back by the end of the month. I asked on August 31 if we can get the refund since it's the end of the month and they haven't replied. I also sent another zelle request.

    The agreed upon refund for her bathroom was provided to ********************* on September 9th, 2022. She also sent you a fax on September 9th, 2022 requesting that you remove this complaint for your system. I have attached screenshot proving this. This issue has been resolved.

    See attachment for full story. On Feb 8th This business came out to our home to epoxy our countertops for our entire kitchen and butlers pantry. The work was subpar with multiple issue. * The wood over the backsplash was peeling from all the countertops, was too long & too high in some area. * The curvature area of the counter dried in drips and isn't smooth as in other areas * The epoxy dripped onto the floor and the drips had hardened overnight * The island counter is still sticky after 1 month, spilled juice on the same counter will not come up. We reach out to this company who said they would come out on Feb 16th to fix the issue. He didn't show and we were told he was sick. We were told he would be out on Feb 19th to address the issue> He didn't show and we were told he was exhausted. We were told again he would be out on March 5th because he was so busy. On March 5th he again for the 3rd time didn't show up. He messaged us via Instagram stating he tried to call my wife. My wife called him 8 times the calls went to voicemail. I messaged him twice saying my wife was trying to reach him and again he didn't respond. She tried several times afterwards and the calls go straight to voicemail. Based on the reviews I just read it means we have been blocked. Now our kitchen is a mess and 4 companies have come out and said they all would need to re-sand the countertops to fix what he did and that it shouldn't be sticky after a month. I can no longer do business with a company like the and cannot refer anyone to him. He has proven he has no pride in his work or cares about the customer who entrusted him to do the work.
