Ordered the large board for $260 immediately contacted customer support because I had to change the delivery date which ********* ****** confirmed numerous times via email. Come to find the date was not changed now My gift plans are all screwed up. I contacted customer support and unfortunately spoke with *** who basically told me not to leave a bad review because its a small company and that I need to understand. When I asked for her last name, she lied and said that shes not allowed to provide that even though Genevieves last name is in the emails that she sent me. Dont try to guilt me for your companys ineptitude and whatever you do, dont lie to the customer. ******** customer service so much for making things right.

Boarderie is a total rip-off. We received a $139.00 tray as an anniversary gift from a friend. There wasn't $15.00 worth of food, and that is giving it the benefit of the doubt money-wise.The packaging it was sent in cost more than the food.After ordering the tray, I had to pay $3.15 for "extra" fees. I think they are taking their playbook from the airlines when coming up with extra fees.The "reviews" on their website have to have been written by the owners and/or employees.Boarderie Response
