    Spend your money wisely on a different tour for the Night of lights! Starting in 2023 we purchased tickets to do the tour of lights of which was canceled due to weather. When we purchased the tickets I used the 50% off code offered at that time. We planned to return in 2024. When tickets were available I reached out to the owner & explained the situation to request our code to rebook at **. A code was supplied & I rebooked for 2024. You can only use 1 code when buying tickets. They were at full price. Used the code supplied & still had to pay an addl $135. I emailed explaining the situation & after many attempts going back & forth the owner did not supply a 2nd code, did not refund the $135 charged & completely went silent. This started in April 24 when Dec 24 tickets were rebooked. Oct 24 reached out again. Called & pushed to VM, left a VM, recvd text message stating we needed to email. Tried to do comms via text & explained it would be best discussed over the phone. A phone call was refused. Fine we will address when we show up for our ride in **************** sends an email w/ very strict directions, how early you must arrive, seats will be assigned, & they promptly leave on time. We were there the allotted time before our scheduled departure time only to find that they were not on time. Waited, got on our tour of which there were 5 of us on an 8 person golf cart. One other couple was on our scheduled time, the driver did not assign seats. Our group was separated bc the couple chose the very first row, separating the 5 of us. The tour comes to a close. I address the driver asking if I could talk to the owner. She would not give us any contact information other than to email, she heard the situation & completely understood w/in 1 convo. She said she would look into it, took my email address & said I would hear something in week. Tour was on Dec 13, it is now Saturday, Dec 28 & I have not heard a peep, email, phone call, or refund of $135 to my credit card

    I booked one tour for November 26th for Tuesday for Nights of Lights. I was charged for nine people total in the amount of $213.64. I contacted my bank to cancel the charge on my credit card. I did contacted Old City Shuttle via text, email and phone. No response. I canceled the same day that I booked the one person trip. I never booked for eight additional people. We went to ************* where I was supposed to get picked up. The man there said he never heard of Old City Shuttle for Nights of Lights. I am filing a complaint, because this company never responded to any communications sent and is probably doing the same to other customers.

If using a discount voucher, it must match the same name as this reservation or you will be charged FULL RETAIL PRICE. We will not honor a voucher that does not match the same name as this reservation. If your trip is cancelled due to not meeting a minimum of 4 passengers, mother nature, mechanical issues, pandemic and/or safety reasons due to the current weather forecast, you will receive a 12 month rain check (credit) for any of our scheduled tours. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time to allow time to check in. Failure to do so could result in exclusion from the trip with no refund or exchange. If you cancel your trip a $10 re-booking fee will be charged if less than a 48 hour written notice of a cancellation.     Good Morning ****,I did purchase a Groupon for 4 people to see the Nights of Lights. Then I purchased a Golf Cart Limo ride for 1 person on November 25th. When I did that I saw that they don't accept wheelchairs. So I cancelled the 1 person Golf Cart Limo ride and had Groupon REFUND my money, because I couldn't go because of the wheelchair restriction.The Old City Shuttle charged me for 1 person on November 25, then charged me for 8 people on November 27th, and then charged me for another 1 person on December 2nd.I never reserved the Golf Cart Limo ride for 10 people. I went to the spot ******************** at *****************************************) where the pickup was supposed to be and was told by the gentleman that was there, he never heard of this company. Nor did he know what I was trying to tell ****** question is, how can the merchant (Golf City Limo) keep charging for people, when only 1 spot was reserved?Thank you,***** *******
