  I received a text message from Raze Solar on 04/28/23. The text message stated that anyone that I referred for their solar product that held an appointment they would pay me $250.00. I sent them a referral, and they sent an employee to the owners home to meet with them. The employee did meet with one of the owners that owns the home. Raze Solar sent me a referral check in the US mail to my home address and I deposited the check into my bank account. Two days later without warning or explanation, Raze Solar went into my bank account and put a stop payment on the check, and took the money back. I tried calling and no one would return my calls. I finally reached the employee that went to the owners house, and he stated to me that the visit is a two step process which was never relayed in the original message. I feel that I satisfied the requirements to get the referral fee and they believed as well which is why they paid me. Now they stole the check back and will not return my phone calls.

  I was able to meet with a representative within the company that listened to my concerns and corrected the problem with the referral fee by paying me directly. The marketing company that they hired was mismanaging their program and giving customers the wrong information.
