    I spent 70 dollars(because they tack on fees) ordering food for my family using **** Eats and not only did the food arrive 20 minutes later than the time I was originally given, but the ENTIRE order which included pork arrived ice cold. We were not at home and had no way to heat it up Eating cold pork is a food safety concern and health hazard. It was poorly packaged wrapped only in aluminum foil. When I contacted **** regarding this issue I was basically told I had to eat cold pork because they would not refund my money nor would they replace the order. When I contacted Pig ******* the restaurant I order from using **** eats they ******* to contact **** and **** pretty much said oh well too bad there's nothing they ******** I will never use **** eats again and I want a full refund for my ruined food.

    This is a complaint to seek compensation or refund for money spent and services and product not received. Complaint against **** eats as they have charged me for food I did not received. They refused to give a reason or help with the complaint and stated they can't because the driver said he delivered it. I spoke with the driver he admitted it was the wrong house the photo is 100% not my door as I have a ****** ring camera and the door delivered too doesn't.

    I paid for the ride on my credit card and gave the driver $20 in cash the my card was charged on additional $20 I have tried to email call and go into the branch for over a month what s joke

    Had reservation for ride to airport at 4 am on apr 9 ...ride cancelled 5 min. before pickup with no other rides availible..just left us at animal kingdom lodge with no way to get to airport..finally found taxi for 3 times the price...this company was no help even though this was a made ahead reservation..again how are these companies aloud to continue with no oversite and no repercutions...
