    One star is not even low enough. Dont waste your time moving here unless you want your items being destroyed & not being covered by renters insurance that we are being forced to pay which only covers the property & not your items within the home thats being destroyed by mildew. *** been told other tenants are having the same ********* am sure theyre being promised a specialist will come & I still have yet to see one. Maintenance comes to spray mildew killer/bleach which doesnt resolve the issue. Ive thrown away so many items that will not be replaced by the company. *** sent numerous emails to speak to the property manager about being moved until my lease is up or requesting a mutual lease termination agreement & havent received one response even to apologize for the inconvenience. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! When you have a serious issue it wont be resolved. Renovations have not been completed in years. The company painted over years of filth, outside only!! When you move nothing is being replaced, only the walls are being painted over whatever hazardous conditions that maybe present. Theres always an issue with the water pipes which causes your water to be shut off a minimum of once a week. Old appliances will not be replaced unless broken. Dont be fooled by the appearance near the leasing office take time to ride around the entire complex! Its filthy! From the outside you can tell nothing is being fixed. I could write a book about my horrible experience here! Please don't walk but run!! Not to mention theres no cameras on the property not to long ago I dealt with a hit & run with my vehicle. The one camera at the front entrance is for show as well as the security thats suppose to circle the complex. The money but into the security cars shouldve been used for something thats actually being used. All amendments that were promised is always being closed for maintenance upgrades which I have yet to see!! Pool, tennis *************** room! Etc!

    In Septembre 2023, I transferred from an apartment unit to another within the same apartment complex owned by ****** Properties (MP) called Reserve At Lake Pointelocated in ****************, *******.During my transfer process, ***************************, a Leasing Professional in their office came to inspect my previous apartment. He said that was required and if the inspection was successful I could be allowed to proceed with the transfer. ***** took many pictures while he was there and told me everything was fine.A month later, around October 10th, I received a letter from the ************************** (PMO) that owe over $3,400 in damage fees associated with my previous apartment. I went to the office in person to try to clarify but was not given the opportunity and was conveniently framed to be yelling by ************************* (one the Property Managers) and she walked away from me and told me if I had any issues with her damage assessment I should put it in email. I started to send her emails explaining why I disagree with their charges and they keep ignoring my emails. The main Property Manager (*********************) sent me emails on October 27 & 29, 2023 with the same damage fees claims and she said they were final and I had to pay. I told **** that I disagree with her final assessment of the alleged damage fees and that she should review my emails and address my responses to their claims but she also continued to ignore my comments.On November 13, 2023, a letter was delivered to me that I must pay over $3,400 damage fees within 3 days or leave the apartment. Since September to November 2023, I have been paying my rent on time and owe $0 rent as November 2023 and this PMO of ** has been wrongfully applying my paid rent/amenities/ Sewer/Water fees to the alleged damages fees that I had clearly stated to them that I was disputing and needed to further discuss with ****. The *** refused to meet and talk to me, ignored my emails and want me and my family of 4 out. Please help.

    I have lived here for 4 years and I have issues with my air conditioning since I have been here. Every year it seems to get worse. For the last 2 years atleast once every 2 months my air-conditioning breaks down and it takes 3, 4, and 5 days to get someone from maintenance to come use a wet vac to clean out the water in the bottom of the inside unit. Aside from going days without air. I am a cancer patient and the heat mixed with the medicines I am on are not a good combination. Also, currently I have been without a working refrigerator for the last 3 days. It is 4th of July weekend and I have emailed, spoke to office personnel and left emergency messages to the on call maintenance and have had no luck in resolving this issue or speaking to anyone. Please help me fix these issues.

    Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/07/22) */ Good afternoon. The resident did place a work order for the AC on 7/5/2022 and again on 7/11/2022. It is verified that the AC has been repaired by an AC specialist and no further communications have been had with the resident concerning the AC issues since. Resident was provided a new refrigerator in June and she stated on 7/1/2022 that the refrigerator was not working. Being that it was a brand new refrigerator, it was still under warranty and was taken care of. Both the AC and Refrigerator issues were resolved and no further complaints have been had from the resident regarding anything differently.
