This business canceled my membership because I questioned a $10 fee for dropping off at 10:10 instead of 10:00. I was not upset, just said it was silly and emailed a complaint. They said clearly it's not a good fit and canceled my membership. I have yet to see a refund. Very confusing and rude way of dealing with a customer.

We understand it can be hard to be let go as a pet parent. We felt we were no longer a good fit after the pet parent came 20 minutes late to drop off with no communication. Our manager did greet him at the door and informed him that he was outside of our drop off times. The pet parent did arrive at 10:10 and waited for an additional 10 minutes in their car before approaching. When met with our manager and told that there would be a $10 late fee for the late drop off as it disrupts the play groups and the time of our humans. Our manager was then met with a rude, fine we will go elsewhere then. The pet parent then proceeded to write said email in the car out front of our building. Afterwards the pet parent irately sped off. This is a reoccurring theme with this pet parent. The pet parent then wrote emails to use threatening a bad review and that he would allow us to reconsider how we would handle this. We ultimately decided for the safety of our team we would not feel comfortable caring for the pet parent. This was shared in an email with the client where we were again met with vague threats. The pet parent then wrote an instagram post with a poll asking if he is in the wrong, which concluded he was. We then refunded the remaining package credits to the card on file and informed them.
