    Date of Transaction: May 22, 2022 Paid Amount: $4,124.99 Ashley promised and documented that we would receive a Mastercard gift card reward totaling 10% of the purchase price for financing the purchase with Ashley's credit card. The reward gift card was supposed to be delivered 4-6 weeks after delivery of the furniture. The furniture was delivered on May 28, 2022. It has been 11 weeks and we have not received the rewards promised. We have emailed and called the Ashley furniture store several times and they have yet to resolve the issue. They keep claiming that the reward is being processed by the rewards department, which is Elite Rewards, for over a month. We contacted Elite Rewards via email and they claim that they have not received the invoice from Ashley corporate. Both companies give us the run around and blame each other for the problem. The Sales order numbers from Ashley Furniture store are XXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXX.

Tim C****** Elite Rewards Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/08/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Elite Rewards ended up sending the gift cards and on top of that they added extra funds for the inconvenience. We are pleased with the end results, but there clearly is a processing problem with Ashley Furniture and/or Elite Rewards. I don't know what the root cause of the problem was, but it shouldn't have taken the customer this route to solve it.

    We were promised an Elite MC for purchases amounting to over 15,000 at Ashely Furniture store in May of this year. We have yet to receive the cards and Ashley has been very poor in responding to our inquiries.

    I purchased furniture worth over $8,000 at Ashley Furniture on 05/21/2022 and was promised a promotional gift card from Ashley furniture through elite rewards for $600 on a Mastercard gift card. I have contacted them through email, called them, and submitted a case, but still have not received my $600 promotional gift card. I went to the store to voice my concern and they gave me Elite Rewards phone number, but when I call that number, it has an automated voice recording which eventually hangs up. The bed frame I bought from them also came in damaged. A technician came to look at the bed frame and said he was going to order new parts for the bed frame and will ship it to us. We still haven't received the new part, and it has been over 2 months.

    I bough furniture $5,300 and they told me if I pay everything with in 1 year, I will receive a reward of $400, I paid off everything and have no seen anything of the rewards they promise, I have been calling and no one picks up, and they said to go on line and chat with them, but no one answer, have been trying for a couple of days but no luck

    I was promised a promotional gift card from Ashley furniture through elite rewards for $300 on a Mastercard gift card. I have contacted them. They say they are taking care of this. It has since been a month and now when I try to contact them I get no answers or responses through email. When I try to call their number they just hang up. I was told on the first email it would be processed that Friday.
