Clear to close in 7 days. This was the most easiest process Ive ever had when getting a mortgage. ********************** got all of the conditions up front so there were no issues at the end. In the past I attempted to get a home and got sidelined at the closing table due to a fault of my loan officer. ********************** is great, kind, and she definitely knows her stuff. Blair D. and BD Mortgage were absolutely great to work with. They made the process for me and my client very easy, even with her being in a different time zone. I would certainly recommend BD Mortgage over and over. I was very impressed that she got my clients clear to close in less than 2 weeks and put us in a position to close early on their new home. BD Mortgage Group is an awesome company to work with!
