    ***** this company to complete a *** inspection and provide a report. They sent me reports with the wrong address several times and can not seem to get the address correct. I have been trying to get a corrected report since 8/28/2024 and they have still not provided it despite me calling every single day.

    I was a customer of Suncoast Pest Control for over 10yrs. The problems occurred over the last six months when I communicated with their staff, Loretta and Shana. There instances where calls were not returned And technicians did not arrive. I started documenting calls on April 29, 2022. I called about bug problem to be told that I owed for the current contract of $325 from October 2021. This is the Second time i have had this discussion and I have sent in Credit card payment validation from October 2021 that I had in fact paid. I then had an Appointment set for May 4 with pest control technician, Doug at 3:30 PM. He was a no-show and neither he nor the office called to cancel. At 4pm I called office To be told he was running late so now 4:30- 5:30. 5:45 I called back. Doug was supposedly in Newport Richey and traffic was bumper-to-bumper. Shana Wanted to reschedule. I thought it strange as hwy 19 Southbound traffic seldom problem at rush hour. Coincidentally Doug lives in that area so I was suspect of the truth. Shana rescheduled for May 5 stating Doug would stop on his way home around 5 PM. Again, no-show and no call from Doug or the office. A week passed and no follow up From anyone at Suncoast pest control. I called back Shana, explained my situation, and told her I wanted to cancel the contract and ask they prorate a refund. She said she was the owners daughter and would talk with them and get back to me. Another week went by and no return call so I once again called Shana who said that they would be sending me a check. Another week went by and no check. On July 22, 2022 I called and spoke to, Lauren or Laura. I again explain the situation to her and she said she would put me on hold and get back to me. She said the owner, Suzanne, was in a meeting And Suzanne would call me back. Several days have passed found still no reply or refund.

    Thank you *****, also, below are copies of my contract. I stopped getting service in April 2021 with several scheduled but no-show appointments.

    It is now August 19, 2022 and no one from Suncoast Pest Control has made an attempt to contact me.

    I have just become aware of this issue today and upon reading the complaint, I am concerned that this has not been addressed.

    I have left a message for this customer on his voicemail and will send a refund check out to him today along with my apology for this inconvenience.

    We do appreciate the opportunity to address the situation and provide an appropriate response to this customer.
