  My mom moved into the apartment building on Tuesday 12/19/22. That Thursday she informed me that she seen two mice in the kitchen. The next day I returned with mice traps and as Im setting up a trap a mouse runs from behind the sofa and then another behind the refrigerator in the kitchen. You can hear the mice chirping and running around. There is mice f**** all over the place. The director, ***********************, refused to refund my mom any of her money because he says he didnt like how I was handling the situation. Not sure how youre supposed to react when your 76 year old mother told you a rat was in her bed. Police were called and he evicted my mother from the premises and refused her any part of a refund. 750 dollars gone. Police say we have to take him to court. Which we plan to do so.

  There is a $150 intake fee. Without a 30 day notice, there is a 2 week waiver of fees. We refunded the customer approximately $480.00 which is more than what the contract calls for.
