    Bought a car from this business financed through ***************** they refuse to provide me with the registration and plate for my car looking on the reviews they have been doing this to numerous people

    Hi Mr. ********* has his plate. I have called him a couple times he does not answer to come and pick up his plate so I finally called and told him your plate is in the mailbox. You need to pick it up. He has picked up his plate and he has Possession of his plate and his registration. Thank you.

    10/19/24 I bought a 2017 ******* Tucson with no warranty but they told me it only needed a tune up & possible spark plugs They did not tell me the car was a totaled car that had been rebuilt. I asked for a car fax they said the computers were down & could not give me that but assured me it was a one owner older lady that kept the car in her garage & rarely drove it. That it only had one accident they again did not say that one accident was a totaled one I drove it less than 30 miles & only my way home the second day of driving the engine light came on immediately pulled over & called my ************* sent a ************** took it to **** Auto Repair in ********** **** the Owner called me the following morning & told me the vehicle had a blown engine. I Called Alens Used Car they hung up & would not answer any of my calls. 10/22/24 my ******* went to Alens Used Cars & the Man there said he was only a sales ******** would have the owner call we gave the my Sons ************* have mine only file. No call has been received When I bought the car they were really nice & claimed to be God loving people & would treat their customers like they treat family. I was stupid & since Ive worked in social services much of my life helping people I thought since I had told them my home where I live with my family had been flooded & all our cars totaled we are living in a ********** I mistakenly thought they had a heart & were honest I gave them all my money $7300 that I received from my car insurance. The new engine will cost $6000 I would be happy if they would take the car back I feel they knew that the car was on its last legs if not take the car back but pay for the new engine Thank you for reading this Im lost as what to do its not right these people are ripping the community off **** ****** ************

    Hi Ms.Schived ****, purchased the 2017 ******* from Alens *************, She came in with her son and test drove the car , they checked the car ad  looked and new the car was a good deal we advised them it needed some work and they agreed to purchase the vehicle AS IS ,  her son new  about cars they bought the car  on them  own we don't push anyone to purchase a car from us we have told them the car doesn't have a clear car fax that it's been in an  accident, we told them everything we didn't hide anything or miss lead anyone they both looked and checked  the car and once again they bought it AS IS, and I can't help them with anything .thank you

    I am rejecting this response because: they told me the vehicle was in good condition might need spark plugs or maybe a tune up never mentioned the vehicle was a branded title totaled only said it had one accident owned by an older lady hardly driven i Have filed also with DMV

    Checking on this car dealer this is not the first time they have sold junk vehicles
