    installation was on June 28, 2022. The total payment for installation and windows is $ 9,000.The company undertook to eliminate faults in the windows and the differences in the parameters of individual windows.The dispute is that the owner of the company keeps lying to us, does not fulfill his promises, ignores us, and when we went to his office he closed the door to us and he called the police, telling the police that we were bothering him. It is ridiculous and absurd and it is not fair to treat customers who make a complaint this way. Who runs the business like that ??? The owner of the company, being at our house (August 24), admitted himself that there are defects and promised us that he would find a solution to this problem. But that didn't happen, he dealt with us in a very disgusting way.The case number is Quote # *******. Owner of ********************************* Mr. ***************** 16 years with the *** windows company. Currently, he himself proposes these windows to clients and it seems to me that he will never be neutral when windows are not working well.

    Please see above attachment and direct any further questions to our attorney in this matter *******************. The police were called under a 911 emergency situation as the representative of the customer made violent threats to our staff, showed up at our business pounding on the front door at closing, and trespassed onto our property restricted to employees. All complaints and issues have been dealt with including passed inspections with building department and manufacturer costs, multiple including our staff and owner.  All windows have been installed, inspected and are completely functional and covered by labor and manufacturer warranty.  We will not tolerate threats to our staff and have handled this matter to every possible option and with extreme customer care. Our records and documentation speak for themselves and the BBB or any person is welcome to inspect our records. We will not tolerate any more threats to our business and our employees and this is why we now have police records with the Pinellas County sheriff and have employed an attorney to protect us. We welcome any further investigation or queries regarding this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We absolutely do not agree with *********************************' response. They lie and false facts. I was at their company in person before 4 o'clock when the office was supposed to be open to clients. I did not threaten! I just asked to open the door and talk! They closed the door in front of me, seeing that I was going from my car to their office. Is this the way of dealing with customers who have problems? the door closes, the police call the police because the client is "inconvenient" this company is swindlers and liar and coward! Then they sent two men to me and I talked to them on technical topics and I did not threaten anyone! I only announced that if they continue to ignore us, they will take appropriate legal steps that the aggrieved client may take. I spoke to the sheriff after this incident, who saw no threats, but he himself advised me to contact you. The owner of the company is just a common coward who can't solve the problem of a kleint and locks himself in the office and calls the police because he doesn't know how to get out of his lie! then this company threatened me with lawyers because I put the reviews on ******* they threatened and put pressure on me to remove my opinions. What is the client entitled to? good for nothing? to sit quietly and accept debauchery ???

    Our previous attachment, from the last response remains like final response regarding this complaint  

    The person making this complaint is not actually our customer. We have a contract with *******************************. The property is owned by ******************************** 

    As shown in this persons complaints, this person keeps calling the owner names and makes false statements about what has occurred. 

    please read the attachment. The windows have been installed and inspected by the building department and have passed. 

    we have exhausted all means to make this customer happy with their window purchase and have spared no expense as far as labor, meetings and coordination with the manufacturer. 

    His version of what happened when we came to our office after receiving the letter is different than the perspectives of our multiple employees that were frightened by his barrage of angry calls. He said he was coming to demand to speak to the owner and was told the owner was not there. He arrived at closing time and the office employees were so frightened by the anger filled yells and pounding on the door that they called 911.  This person was told by our installers as he trespassed behind our fence that the police were on the way and he quickly fled the premises.
