DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!I took my Edge in to have the brakes repaired... same were spongy and pedal pushed 3/4 of the way to the floor! Dealership "diagnosed" the issue as being and ABS issue. Kept my vehicle for 7 days... yes 7 days... and when I picked it up... brakes were still spongy and pedal still pushed almost to the floor! I would think for $3,000.00 they would have at least fixed the problem! OH! and they had to replace a caliper... the mechanic broke the bleeding s**** off! And it took them 2 days to fix that! This dealership sucks!

Purchased a vehicle back Aug of 2023 I am the co-signer for my son . Mistake after we had the car less than a week broke down , Jeep Cherokee 2012 SRT, keep in mind the extended warranty also purchased . After having the car over a week broke down multiple times , thought it was the battery . Call dealership, takes it in ended up needing that and an alternator, after getting out of shop for a few days same issue . Kept braking down , major highway Colonial I4 . At this time we felt it wasnt safe to drive kept smoking . Car was towed to dealership. Was there almost 30 days was told problem was fixed . Hey car back this time smoking worse . At this point I wanted to return vehicle I felt my son was taken advantage of , how could a vehicle like this pass inspection to be on the lot and sold . Keep in mind I had to pay deductible twice $150 for the same issue . Car hoes back into shop this time its there almost two months engine was repaired , needed a new engine . I kept wondering how could this happen to a kid who was so excited for the vehicle they knew this car had all these issues . My son drives after get out of shop smoking really bad engine light never came off. I told him something g major is wrong kept smoking . Goes into shop again this time was time transmission and warranty did not cover . These people knew exactly what they sold us . Put down $5500 paid out of picked almost $1000 car has been sitting in my car pity 3 months transmission shot. Payments still had to be made on something that isnt safe nor drivable . I have reported them all I needed to . Next step news media . These people are crooks .I did further research, they sell cars just like mine that are damaged , just to get them off their hands . Please DO NOT GO THERE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER .
