  ON December 17 2023 Mr. ******************************* representing Frank's boat repair LLC. met me in my home located in *****************************************. for a boat repair and paint quotation after we get an agreement for the repairs and paint in and out for the entire boat for the amount of $ ********* we signed a contract the day of 12/27/2023 and delivery the boat prior to signing the contract In the morning of 12/20/2023 to *****'s Boat repairs LLC located in ********************************************* ***************** .the 50% of the deposit was completed in December the 27th . The Issue Started, When the company doesn't answer my calls . I've to drive down there personally to ******** to request information and ETA on the job and when it is supposed to be completed. and ************** verbally said is going to be completed by end OF February. February ended and nothing happened . still pushing with this company to get my boat repair done. but still , jobs not completed. I again drove to ******** to speak again with **** ***** and he say verbally that his going to be finished with everything by the end of the march month. Unfortunately this is not going to happen because as of right now 75% of the work is incomplete. We require your assistance in hopes to come to a solution with this situation.

  ****************** signed a contact with no agreed upon terms on when the boat would be finished. And the boat as of April 2024 was more than 75 percent completed. he decided to take the boat on April 18 ***************************************************** the night and we have received documented death threats from him.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  Unfortunately, I dont answer before because Im working in put all the documentation together to can allow us to correctly answer this claim. 
  And today I found that BBB is closing the case . this is not acceptable after I must wait for so long to get my boat back and must call the sheriffs office and requested meet me in the ***** shop . to authorized to me pick up the boat 
  I really appreciated that BBB reconsidered open back my case . 
   
  In the attachment you can see notes from the new shop , quotes for repair the work performed by ***** boat repairs. 
  Also, I attached few pics to show what type of work is we can call work performed by ***** . that is unacceptable . 
   
  Please I am asking you to reconsider and open the case back . that allow me to supply all the evidence collected during the time I picked my boat . 
   
  Also if BBB make the decision to dont open the case are allowing this shop keep taking advances of the customer 
  The day I picked up my boat the Deputy ******************* , Deputy ******* meet me at ***** shop , a soon the deputy Chis saw ************** his comment was. 
  You again , this is the third or four time that Im here for the same situation ************** . That says a lot , this shop apparently have that bad habit to take advantages of their customers .
