    THIS CO ADVERTISES ONLINE TO MAKE DENTAL MOUTHGUARDS FOR PEOPLE WHO GRIND THEIR TEETH. I SPENT $184.41 AND THEY MAILED OUT THE IMPRESSION KIT. AFTER THAT, THEY WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME AGAIN. I HAVE CALLED THEIR PHONE, NO ONE WILL ANSWER AND ONLY GET VOICEMAIL. I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES 4/8, 4/11, 4/13, 4/14, 4/16 AND NOW 4/17. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS! SO I SENT EMAIL FROM MY EMAIL ACCOUNT ON 4/2, 4/4, 4/5, 4/6, 4/8, 4/12 AND 4/14 BUT THEY IGNORE THEM. SO I WENT TO THEIR WEBSITE AND SENT EMAIL THRU THEIR ONLINE PORTAL ON 4/4, 4/6, 4/8, 4/10, 4/12, 4/13 AND 4/16 BUT EHY IGNORE THOSE ALSO. i WENT TO THEIR FACEBOOK, SAW OTHER POSTS THAT STATE THE SAME COMPLAINT, SO I ADDED MY POST ABOUT IT, AND THEY REMOVED MY POST AND STILL DID NOT CONTACT ME. THEY TOOK MY $184 AND DISAPPEARED. THEY HAVE 2 ADDRESSES, THE OTHER ONE IS LOCATED AT 1811 ENGLEWOOD RD #306 IN ENGLEWOOD, FL XXXXX. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE FEBRUARY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT OTHERS FORWARNED BEFORE THEY GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. I AM VERY POOR, I TOLD THEM THIS UPFRONT. I TRIED TO ORDER THRU AMAZON, BUT THEY TOLD ME I COULDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED AND I HAD TO ORDER DIRECTLY WITH THEM. I THINK I WILL ALSO FOLLOW UP WITH A COMPLAINT TO AMAZON ABOUT THIS DECEPTIVE PRACTICE, TOO.

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/05/14) */ Customer has been previously contacted and her refund processed as we cannot fulfill her order. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/05/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This co is pulling the wool over the BBB's eyes and their statement is very misleading. They state "customer has been previously contacted" this is a straight up LIE! Still to this day, I have never received any correspondence, email, phone, text or fax from them at all. Once they took my money they NEVER responded and customers need to know this! If people knew this, they would not give this fraud company their money. And second, they state "her refund has been processed", well this is another LIE! They never processed my refund. I had to go to my bank and dispute the sale to get my money back. This company would NOT refund it. And finally, they state they "cannot fulfill her order", well, they never tried! They had months to fulfill it, but did NOT! So their response to you is to lie to the BBB to cover their own THEFT OF SERVICES! I can't believe they would even respond with those words. Every one of them was a LIE! I have turned them in to the Attorney General and to the place that governs all dental labs and I would like this comment to be posted so others can read it and know what they are in for if they give this company any money! Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/05/18) */ As we have explained to the customer, we could not simultaneously process both the refund and a chargeback, and her money was fully returned. The process by which it goes through is different, but even with a chargeback the merchant is the one who has to approve the request which we have done. We did reply to her from her contact through our website, we do not know whether she reviewed our correspondence. We are closing because of the economic conditions and are not in a position to do anything else for her. As it stands from our end, all her money is returned, and we wish her all the best in her future. Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2022/05/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They responded with MORE LIES! They did NOT contact me thru my inquiry on their website! And they never told me they couldn't process my refund. I took it upon myself to call my bank, make an appointment and speak to them about it. My bank told me to dispute the charge. Then this business lied again stating "but even with a chargeback the merchant is the one who has to approve the request which we have done". I am a merchant. I know how disputes work. When a merchant does not deliver the merchandise, the customer disputes the charge and IF THE MERCHANT CAN NOT PROVE THEY SHIPPED AND CUST RECIEVED THE MERCHANDISE, THEN THE DISPUTE IS AUTOMATICALLY APPROVED. So, this merchant didn't simply agree to give me my money back, NO! Instead, they were caught not shipping the merchandise and keeping my money, so the credit card company gave me my money back.... NOT THE MERCHANT! But with that said, I would like my response made public so others will know about the deceptive business practices of this company so they will not have to go thru what I did. Thank you.
