            Sabrina Lowe Design did a ceramic tile back splash job for us that was supposed to be the focal point of our kitchen design.With her fees and profit on materials, the job cost well over $13,000. She contracted with a tile company that took no responsibility for their work, and she in fact defended them as to the quality of the work.After they did their so-called repairs of some issues, we called in an independent mediator that specializes in tile and stonework. His report is attached. Not only was the tile work done very unprofessionally, but as per the report, it did not meet any of the standards set down by the industry for this specific work.She was not honest about the profit she made on the job and not willing to in any way compensate us for the work that should be ripped out and done over again.

            Attached is a before and after photo of my design work. The tile company came out to resolve the grout color issue for the client and the separating around the windows. The photos the client sent/attached were before the tile company came back to repair the separating issue around the window. The client directly worked with the tile company to coordinate the last repair and I was taken out of the communication. However, I do know the final requested repair was made by the tile company.
