Terry G I'm not one to write bad reviews about a company but I would not purchase anything from this dealership. My wife and I bought a 2017 Ford Mustang convertible about 6 weeks ago. When I looked at it the passenger rear window wouldn't roll up all the way after putting the top up. The salesman and I agreed to a price based on the window being fixed. The salesman had the service department look at it while I was there, and they told me they needed to order parts. We did the deal and picked up the car the next day. I had not heard from them (also salesman no longer works there) and after 4 weeks have called at least 8 times and still have not gotten to speak to anyone (other than the receptionist) or gotten any calls back as promised as to when my vehicle will be fixed. terrible excuse for customer service. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle

I own one of the most expensive cars that *** makes which I purchased from this dealership and when I reached out for service I was greeted with a sorry we cant help you on my availability. I need my first oil change, a recall for the brakes and a clunking noise and I was told sorry on a Saturday that they don't do that work on a Saturday so I said can I come in and pick up a loaner as I work an hour plus away. They then told me sorry we don't have loaners nor give me a ride to work so I said how do I get my truck serviced and she told me good luck and pretty much they could not help me.Review from Tee B

Received an email from Destiny that they were offering $6000 over *** to purchase used "qualifying vehicles". Explained I wasn't interested in wasting anyone's time and what would be "qualified vehicles". I sent photos of the vehicle, she stated they were very interested since used car inventory was low. Made an appointment for next day (today), was told vehicle was in excellent condition, and they offered lower than an offer I received from *******. The salesman, and manager told me that I was "misinformed", and that the $6000 above *** only applied to trade in on vehicles, not to a cash buy out. Clearly, not what her email says. Typical bait and switch car dealer. Do not recommend doing business with this dealership or their unethical tactics.Review from Nick r

It was a process getting documents for a car I bought since the finance guy got fired and the salesman left. Ive been trying for almost five months to get a refund. NOBODY ever calls you back. My last resort before legal is to reach out to the owner. Ive worked all the way up to general manager and no response Its unacceptable for a minor issueReview from Randy T

Deception-enabled Bait-and-Switch. We spoke by phone about a car. He suggested a second car for the same price. He texted me the address, and I sent my ETA. Upon arriving, I was told that neither car was available for sale. They offered me other cars, but then told me no financing was available for older cars, even though the financing tool was prominently on the page with the cars. So, the sales technique was to have me take three hours out of my day, there and back, in hopes I could be switched to a more expensive car and that I’d pay cash I didn’t have. It’s possible this is an isolated incident, but ask if he’s still there. If Jack V still works there, you can be pretty sure that deception and bait-and-switch are the standard operating procedure for Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT at 7745 S Tamiami Trail in Sarasota.

Spent over a week on the phone and texting to get a deal done. Showed up to do paperwork and take delivery this was not smooth. They use tablets to enter info. The program kept crashing it didnt save information and had to start fresh multiple times. The car included an accessory package that wasnt included. Contacted our sales person to question and resolve. After many back and forth conversations with Management they agreed to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Then they recanted and wouldnt return any correspondence and confirm an appointment to provide the accessories. We gave them several days to correct with an ultimatum to contact corporate and leave a bad review. No contact was made. The Dealer had another car that we wanted that no one else had but after this experience we passed. Its so unfortunate and unnecessary for dealerships to conduct business in this way!Review from Savin L

Sales Rep ******************* sold a vehicle out from under me while I was negotiating the contract. Management did not care. Be warned these are not good people to work with. If you look on their google and other reviews, even though some give a 4.3 they do this sort of bad practice a lot. There are a lot of 1 stars that bring to light their dishonest practices.Review from Austin M

Slick salesmanship bought a car with the impression that I had a full warranty until 70k miles ; I made sure multiple times on the phone that engine transmission and other major components were covered ; bring the car into Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota when I started experiencing issues with my e63s that’s when I figured out I had a warranty for oil changes only they put the warranty papers with the other 70 pages you have to sign shame on me for not reading every page live and learn …. they’re slick and know you can’t record phone calls in Florida . Thankfully Mercedes Benz honored factory warranty even though I was 50 miles over . Good job you got me Sarasota dodge ! Called about it someone told me they would get back to me big surprise I’ve yet to receive a call .Review from Scott B

Worst service ever! Run as fast as you can to another dealer. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. They advertise one price online then tell you that price is no longer available when you arrive. They tell you only extra fee is $998 dealer fee only to find out they also add a $1,200 reconditioning fee. They invite you in for a test drive and make an appointment, when you arrive they tell you the car isnt even on their lot. Then they tell you it will be there in two days yet one week later its still not there. Then they try to sell you another car on the lot. They promise you they owe you in writing certain services or products when you purchase but it takes months of phone calls they never return to actually get them to honor their promises. Theres so much more, just read their other reviews below or on DealerRater. A 1.9 rating out of 5. Difficult to believe they are allowed to be in business. My advice is if you love Jeeps like I do, go to another dealer nearby, youll be glad you did! Im currently looking into suing them for bait and switch tactics.Review from Angela C

When it was sunset it was terrible! Several issues! Expected the service to be better with name change and at first it was now they SUCK just as bad if not worse to be honest! No one returns calls! They will do anything to make a dime and of course why not! I will not be going back! The last straw was Friday. A simple oil change turns into battery voltage issues, Jeep wrangler runs like crap and has a **** of a rough idle! Saturday morning in almost stalled out then the check engine light came on in addition to the voltage running 12.1 to 13.2 ( yet on Tuesday we replaced both batteries our self with no issues and had the voltage at 14.0-14.3 all week until i took it into the dealership Friday and then my Jeep is ****! These dealerships are losing money and what better way than to increase sales! I refused their 79.99 in cabin air filter change and 79.99 air filter change ! No one returns calls back! I left voicemails with no response! I’m November 2022 they kept my Jeep for over a month after being hit by another vehicle. Several follow up calls never a response as I needed to know how much damage was done! Finally well over a month and a few weeks they advise they can’t fix the vehicle with a $900 quote so of course I have to take it to another shop!! Total cost $8500 !’ *** Sarasota Jeep! Unbelievable and they of course cost me more money because my rental ran out so of course I had to pay out of pocket even more! Done with sarasota Jeep! Terrible service and no phone calls ever get returned! I’ve been burned enough! Lesson learned! Do not trust dealerships they are like big pharma only in it to make money!
