  BBB files indicate that the business has a pattern of complaints concerning non delivery of services. Complaints filed by consumers state that the company was paid a deposit but no work was performed.

  At the end of 2014 we were working for several contractors. One of which who we worked for about 4 years went out of business with out any warning owing us around $50,000. As you can imagine this sent us into a tail spin. Because they filed bankruptcy we were behind a long list of other people and companies that were suing them and could not afford to hire an attorney to try and retrieve our lost money that was owed to us. We have been in business for over 18 years and had built up a nice nest egg to operate our business and only started getting bad reviews mostly after 2015. After this loss we had to work diligently to keep our company afloat. We have had a lot of ups and down in the meantime but keep moving forward. Now that we have no nest egg all money that comes in goes right back out to operate the company. In the last 3 years as we have experienced several smaller set backs from other customers not paying there final bill and because we don't have our nest egg anymore to weather the storm we again fall behind and thus accumulate more bad reviews. Having said that we want our customers to know we will keep fighting and will be on top again in the very near future.
