Used Coast to Coast Pools (C2C) to design and implement an adjoining spa to our existing pool and extend the pool cage to the end of the house. The design, planning, construction, and management of the overall effort went as well or better than we envisioned. Everyone listened to our needs, wants and concerns and delivered according to plan. The construction crew, cleanup team, equipment installers, electricians, plumbers, and paver installers all worked together seamlessly through ***. There were a few challenges and bumps along the way but C2C handled everything beautifully. The end product looks like it was part of the original house design, and we could not be more pleased.

Excellent Spa and Lanai Expansion / Remodel. HIGHLY Recommend and we would only use Coast to Coast for all pool/spa/ installs or remodels. Excellent communication and effort from all employees and crew members every step of the way. Coast to Coast Pools exceeded our expectations on all fronts. THEY ********** and it shows!!! Coast to Coast delivered 110% of what they committed to. We had an in-ground Spa Add On to an existing pool with Deck Expansion and added New Lanai Cage. Our Spa and deck look like it was always there and looks brand new. From our initial conversation with the General Manager to design, design modifications, to digital images, engineering, quote, to HOA and City Permit requests, Safety Fences throughout entire project, and the actual work was QUALITY. The amount of work coordinating with the different crews was a great effort and we were always given updates on timing and what the steps would be. Any time we had a question there was pretty close to immediate call back or a text. I never felt like I asked too many questions I really was able to sit back and watch them work. The Coast to Coast GM managed coordinated all of the crews for the entire job. We had a site manager, a demolition crew, plumbing crew, electrical team, brick and tile Layers, concrete and *************** Pool Cleaning Techs, Cage Builders, City Inspectors at every stage (Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, Land Grading, Cage Review as well). Because of the communication I was able to let them do their job and know that the work was getting done the way it should. After completion we have had multiple pool checks and cleaning to make sure all spa and pool equipment are still working well. Coast to Coast has gone above and beyond on their level of service from all involved. Thank you for everything we are beyond happy!!!

It started with an online form submission, and within a week, ***** visited to discuss our vision and take measurements. Three days later, we received a detailed estimate with multiple options.The Sarasota showroom allowed us to ask questions and confirm the job could be completed within six weeks. ***** assured us it would take only three. That day, we selected materials and signed the contract for a pool remodel and lanai flooring upgrade.The scope included draining the pool, removing tiles, adding rebar, applying gunnite to create a sitting area, resurfacing, installing new tiles, and replacing the lanai floor with a wider drain gutterall coordinated by ***** and her subcontractor teams.The work began within a week. Every subcontractor was professional and courteous, and ***** updated us daily, ensuring we were satisfied. Any issues were quickly resolved without delays. Three weeks later, the project was finished, and the pool was filled.Key highlights:1.Detailed contract: No surprise costs.2.Strong communication: ***** kept us informed and responded promptly.3.Skilled subcontractors: Professional, hard-working, and cleaned up daily.Six months later, Hurricane ****** damaged our pool cage. ***** recommended contractors and even made the first call.
