This is a follow up to my previous review from 7/28/2022. My review of three stars has remained…until now. In Dec 2023, one of my pool enclosure door kits, specially the Pneumatic Closer, failed. After several back and forth texts, I finally had to inform them I was going to post another bad review to get them to warranty this part. Aside from direct legal action, this is my last attempt to get them to follow through on their promises. Negative reviews are not something I enjoying doing. I realize that a lot of good workers that are trying their best to feed their families are affected by the bad service of one person. So this is only the second negative review I have ever posted in my life. The guy came out the next day to replace it. Then in Jan 2023, by second pneumatic closer failed on my other screen door. This time I was told I was outside my six month warranty on the part. But they said they would mail me another one. It’s been a month now and I haven’t received it and I’m getting ghosted. Long story made short is that their pneumatic closer supplier is completed garbage. These two doors are hardly used and both have failed in less than 7 months. Additionally, several of my screens have popped out. But since we had a hurricane last summer, I was informed by this company that the screens are not warrantable any longer due specifically to the storm, which did very little damage in my area. Furthermore, I was told by this company that if I did hire anyone else other than them at their exorbitant prices, that they would no longer warranty any part of the job. Like I stated previously, the initial work was good. But if you need warranty or punch out work completed, be prepared for a difficult time with this group.

The review you posted is quite unfair to us, as everything you highlighted as a problem is not covered under the warranty of the service. Your project was done on April 7th, 2022. The warranty states that condition (hurricane-related damages) is not eligible for coverage, which is understandable. Each time an issue has arisen we have scheduled a visit to resolve it promptly; furthermore, the door kit comes with a 6-month warranty due to us not manufacturing them. Despite this, we went beyond our obligation and replaced one door kit outside of the warranty at no cost to you and also mail you a second door kit. Moreover, we provided valuable insight into the refurbishing process - which is more affordable than building from scratch. The review has been posted with ill intent and in hopes of damaging our company image without any regard for honest reviews by other customers. 
Also, when we found unfair your first review of three stars, we contacted you in order to address this issue and you request a FREE DOGGY DOOR in order to remove it. After the hurricane you have some damaged on your screen (repairs not covered under the terms of warranty) then again you contacted us to go and fix it at no cost and you will remove the three stars reviews (WE HAVE THE RECORDS OF ALL OUR COMUNICATIONS). At this point by every mean, you are trying to damage the company reputation. We always has had excellent feedback from our customers and every time a warranty claim has been made under the warranty service terms, we are really sorry your issues are not covered under the warranty bud this does not give you any reason to give us such a bad review.
