    I ordered 12 custom ski masks. I expressed how important it was (via email) that they would be printed centered. After opening the box, I discovered that more than half of them were printed drastically off-center. I contacted the company, was not rude, and did not request money from them. I just wanted the poorly printed masks re-printed. Instead, here was the email response that I received. I've since responded multiple times, PROVING to them that I have not attempted to defraud them and that I just want the original order that I placed fulfilled as promised. They continue to send me threatening emails and tell me that I am defrauding them. TrustPilot, Yelp, and Reddit are full of people having the same exact experience. **** company is rude, they are ripping people off, and they are taking zero accountability for their actions.     Damage goods , 25 dozens of rabbit ears for a community function for children.180 purchased 122 not working *********************************************** hours , the box was broken, old and not properly packed.The led don't light up, I purchased new batteries to test , the batteries are old, ***** , acidity.The products don't work. The man I spoke to last Friday was belligerent and rude because I call behind questioning my order request. I had to request via email, they got paid yet put a hold .I emailed to dispatch and I received Thursday evening a note stating they substituted my original order and send alternate. I took pictures of broken box, old box and began checking the contents , the black ears loose and no protective stickers, 1 set on out of package, and another set one ear working.I wrote and send pictures of the sets with no seal , and the pictures of the white with seal . As I received no response to email decided to call that afternoon. He answered saying oh ***** , I ask why is he so nasty. He then began threatening me , no exchange and call me fraud . I said I will call my bank.card , he threatened to *** me ruin my life and embarrass me and the last drop he said my family was going to DIE!I argue with this threatening narcissist bully for my family safety and what is right of cheating me out of my money .He continues to threatening me, send me emails of legal action, ****** to them ******* to embarrass me anytime to serve me st my job or home , If I complain to my bank or online they taking me to court.I said Good let's do this when I drag the big old broken box of damage good , that aren't repairable the judge will side on my favor.If I take batteries they won't *** me , who has the time to sit again to check 180 sets and I did for hour's with 2 other people and only ************************************* and they disconnected the phone. I requested the stop of 103 dollars. 121 sets not good request a address to return.

    I want to reiterate that it is 15 dozen of ears sets purchased. I was multitasking upset and I put 2 instead of 1. Human error, they have to give me a correct address to return the damage goods .
    I spend hours with my family checking items after being insulted and threatened for complaining about the products.
    The company said I was inappropriate and they were going to ruin my life and my family was going to Die .
    I shouldn't be wasting hours which I have other things to do , preparing for community events for my congressman which I am bringing this to their attention as well.
    I send pictures also of ***** , old and acidity batteries which I purchased and checked out some units .

    I want a correct address to return these damage items and I only made a partial refund complaint which includes my shipping paid for of a old broken rotten box .
    Unprofessional and to call me fraud because I questioned about delivery and items after checking for hours and I not sure what step after being threatened if I complained online to my bank which I have the right to do so.
    I've been duped and threatened by bullies.
    I wish yo return the items remaining asap .

    Receipt of 2 purchase, it doesn't specify anything stating no exchange or refund upon receipt.
    He type letter in box which said something different as o received a broken old box , items loose no protection sticker I proceeded to email and send pictures.
    No response, hours after I called and he was belligerent when I spoke.
    Oh ***** he replied and I asked why is he so rude to me . He then began to threaten me .
    I hope he has the recording.
    In a court a judge will side in my favor when I drag in this old rotten box , old batteries and 120 non working sets .

    Good afternoon, thank you for your diligent effort to help me . No the company has not contacted me at all. They are unprofessional and took me for a ride and threaten me.

    Ordered custom sunglasses from private island party and they arrived with the wrong font and some of the font was damaged. When I asked for a refund or even store credit I was denied and they told me if I continued to contact them I would be sued. They were bullying me w legal tactics and were extremely rude. They didn't resolve the issue at all. I was told there is no customer service . Please see below for damaged product vs non damaged - the font should have been Waltograph but that was not what was delivered.
