Very professional, everything was explained, samples were available for everything being used, including nails, color choices, gaf products were used, tarps covered the surrounding of the house, all nails and rubbish was picked up at the end of the day, and the trash bin was carted off leaving driveway open and cleared. Found NO nails laying around the property! Anywhere! Great job, completed in a day and a half. Prompt start times, finished and cleaned up before anyone left. Everyone was extremely pleasant and always busy.. highly recommend! And affordable!

I am writing as the roofing committee chairperson of a condominium association. We requested pricing and information from roofing contractors and received and evaluated 9 bids. Based on the professional presentation, emphasis on detail, and a competitive price, we selected Siesta Roofing to roof our 8 buildings. I believe my comments would apply if you are a single homeowner.Our satisfaction with the work performance could not be any higher. The workers worked long hours, sometimes 12 hours a day. They were respectful and very hard workers. There was a member of management on site every day to ensure a smooth workflow and quality work over the 5 weeks they worked.We had concerns about roofing nails and debris on our grounds. In this area, Siesta shined. They continually cleaned and ran magnets over our asphalt and grass, picking up every nail. Even now, a month since completion, we have found only 5 nails. Our grounds were pristine.Gutters were a concern also. While we accepted responsibility for damaged gutters, Siesta was so careful that there was no damage. Every gutter and every fastner or nail were in place. Exceptional work.In conclusion, every member of our Association was pleased with Siesta's work and the performance of their workers. As a group, we strongly recommend that you consider Siesta Roofing for your new roof.

The worksite was kept safe and clean, and care was taken to protect our property during the installation. They went the extra mile on a few things for us and didnt disappoint at all.
