            Hi, for years Ive been buying products from this shop located at *************** and the other locations in *******. There were never any problems. Until recently, July 9 or 10 when the soap fragrance was not available in store (Ocean). The attendant accepted a prepayment of 30$ for the bars I was looking for. Its usually understood that the items will be brought from another location, that so far didnt happen. When I checked in person, the lady responsible ins the store replied with dismissive attitude that I can get the money back or get something else, nothing about my order. I am still waiting and wonder what is the business know how of the staff.

We thank you for your business, and for being a loyal client, we always strive to provide the best customer service and make sure our clients are happy. you have placed an order for 3 Ocean scented soaps, that is unfortunately out of stock, we were still in the process of acquiring the soap bars from a different store as this is a very popular scent. however this item is still out of stock. our staff will try again to contact you by phone. however please feel free to go back to the store, and either get a refund for $30 or if you wish you can get 3 other soap bars with a diferent scent. kindly ley us know if there is anything we can help you with.

            (I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THIS SHOP EVEN 1 STAR BUT ****** WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO POST REVIEW UNLESS YOU SELECT A STAR!!!!)DO NOT GO INTO THIS SHOP! I have read reviews from multiple sources that say the same thing...walking by the shop when a young woman lured me inside with samples of soap that she nicely tucked into a tissue. Her name was ****. Wow! She is quite the salesperson. Used La Royale eye serum on me as I am a middle-aged woman who she knew would love this product! She pressured me SOOOOOOOOOOOO much! My finance walked in & told me to run the other way, but from the positive results of the product (which she said you only had to use 1 time per week)...she sold me. Of course I get back home to Georgia and the c*** has never worked again. Used it morning and night and I actually think my under eye circles have gotten worse. Many people say the same things. La Royale seems to be a real product that is VERY expensive....way more than what I paid in this shop. I still paid A LOT of money for something they've put in the bottle that is NOT La Royale. How are these people still in business? High pressure liars! Of course I've tried to call to no avail. **** had given me "her" card & said it was her cell number & that I should call at anytime. WRONG! Call goes to voicemail. So disappointed that such a lovely city like ************ would allow snake oil salesmen to operate in the historic downtown. Posting negative reviews wherever I can!!! Oh...& I want a refund!!!!

            Date of Purchase: 4/08/2021 On my trip to Florida I purchased some Wrinkle Relief Firming Eye Gel for $213.00. The business said that what I was purchasing would last 2 years if using a small drop of the product weekly. I followed that exactly. After less than 3 months of use, 12 drops, the product would no longer dispense from the pump as there was no product left. They would not refund my money. They sent a new pump. Within 3 months again, the new pump stopped dispensing the product as if there was nothing in it again. I've reached out for help and have gotten nowhere with them. I'd like a refund based on fraudulent claims on the products useable amount and the amount of time it would last. Id also like a notation for them on your site so that other consumers know not to buy from them. Dishonest in their dealings just to sell a product. Sad.
