The team at Goldmark were truly amazing! I was definitely not the easiest customer to deal with, but they still worked with me. I absolutely love my 2020 ***** Accord! Thank you guys for being so great!!

I couldn't get approved at any big name dealership, these guys especially ***** and ******, went above and beyond to get me into a nice vehicle. They are helpful, informative and the very best customer service. most salesmen in the car business are total weasels towards women, these guys were honest, respectful and just good people all around. Watch out for this dealer. Lots of promises and deception, with no follow through. Purchased a vehicle from them remotely. Car was delivered 2500 miles from dealership. Mirror work was not completed so it functioned. Tires were 8 years old, dry rotted, cracked and checked. (Safety Hazard). Headlights needed replacement even after they said they were in like new condition. Rear Bumper had $2 spray paint job done on it. They said they had serviced the vehicle, but when checking the air filter it was clear that it had not been changed in years, it was black in color and had leaves in it. (Vehicle services include replacing the air filter). Dash was melted with no mention of that when discussing vehicle condition with the salesman. Added dealer setup fees to final deal with no mention of those fees on the AutoTrader website (requirement of state of Florida). Made me pay for Florida registration even though the vehicle would not be licensed or driven in FL.Review from Michael H

They cud of made me pay a deductible but instead they're doing it for free and taking care of me because I just bought the car I recommend them to anyone who needs a new vehicle or new used vehicle because they will take care of you.Goldmark Auto Group Response

I bought a car from GoldMark and the staff got me a loan even when my credit was low; they have been very accommodating in fixing a couple of minor issues even after I bought the car ;they still made sure it was driving well and held their end of the promises with tires and more than I even expected. My husband and I looked all over Sarasota and Bradenton and found that GoldMark had the best quality of cars and selection. I would recommend getting your car from here as the staff is very helpful.Goldmark Auto Group Response
