    Ive had this service for two years and never had a problem with service even after moving to a new town. We only changed service due to phone and cable we received with new internet service. I would use their service in future.

    Started with this company when it was Dynami wireless and the service was great. Never had many internet issues and the customer service was great. Now that ********************** has taken it over its terrible every year they want to switch your service provider. Mine was through ******** and was great could stream and online game without any issues. Well three months ago they informed me ******** wasn't providing service in my area(I find that hard to believe) and that I needed to switch to the ******* plan. Which I knew would be an absolute joke, because for the past few years they've wanted me to switch to ******* but I knew the service wasn't great an the monthly cost would go up $10, no big deal, but it seems like they were really pushing it to get the extra $10 a month. I knew the ******* wasn't going to be great, because my friend who lives not a few minutes from me has had these issues with the ******* plan with them for a year. Connection will drop out every so often throughout the day. Some days show a connection and nothing wants to work, so you reset the modem and it takes a half a day just for it to finally reconnect an work for maybe a couple hours. You'll have to go into the modem settings and change settings to what they've sent before to try and get it to work. It's really been frustrating because customer support will call an go through the same process every time before they recommend a higher technical agent to help you.

    Infinite Internet has been the best internet provider I have had, ever. I cannot say enough good things about them. Unlike other providers, they charge me what they agreed to charge me (nothing more) and when they said they would charge me. I have had them for 4+ years with the same router and it has always worked perfectly, even when local providers are not.

    Poor poor service , it worked fine to start . Then every week I was having issues with the service even working. Id call and they would tell me to go to my computer and do allllll this stuff for it to just not work. Well my area finally got another provider and I swapped. This was almost 2 weeks ago , even have a email showing I turned my service off. Look in my bank today just find find where they are charging me $75 x 2 ! My bill was $75 a month. I cant return the equipment either because they still havent sent the proper paperwork to do so ! This place needs to be shut down !!!!!!

    This Wi-Fi *****, do not purchase unless you ABSOLUTELY have to. I would give it 0 stars If I could. Everything about the connection *****. It says it can stream up to 64 devices at once which may be true but it's horrible. I can't even do simple tasks like texting without interruption. My son also has problems with the connection when he is gaming. I am getting rid of this JOKE of an internet company and going with a more viable option. DO NOT BUY!!

    I HAD PROBLEMS AT FIRST BUT WHEN I BOUGHT THE GTEN MODEL 6 5G MODEM/ROUTER AND SWITCHED MY SIM CRD TO T-MOBILE 900GB FOR $129.99 A MONTH I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER IF U DO HAVE PROBLEMS U JUST NEED TO OPEN A WORK ORDER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THERE SITE AND THEY GET RIGHT BACK TO U. THE ROUTER WAS EXPENSIVE BUT I CAN TAKE THE ROUTER ANYWHERE AND GET INTERNET I THINK ITS ALL ABOUT WHO U USE FOR YOUR SIM CARD IN YOUR ROUTER AT&T KEPT CHANGING THE GB AND VERIZON DID NOT EVEN WORK AT ALL ALSO IT DEPENDS WHAT ROUTER U HAVE ****

    I think this whole business is kind of about the initial sale and no real service. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody gives you genuine customer care. The modem does not consistently work. They talk to you and say things like try disconnecting your modem and restarting. Its a lot of money for something that does not seem to have customer care of technical know-how behind it. I dont like to harm a business that *** be struggling but this one is behaving as if its just a scam.

    As others have previously stated..... This is not a good company to work with. We also have stayed on hold multiple time for 45 minutes or more. Yesterday, got dropped completely after being on hold for 58 minutes. They say they are going to call back and do not. We are looking for any other options. They **** in advance so you're kinda at their mercy............

    When I first started with them it was Fire WIFI they were good and helpful. Now that they switched to Infinite I have had nothing but problems particularly the last 2-3 months. Wifi was out for 2 weeks with no response other than there is an outage with ATT WIFI was back on for 1 week now it’s out again. I called and have been on hold for 30+ minutes I have sent emails no response. The chat function on their website no longer works and their billing system won’t save my credit card so I have to call or manually enter my payment every month. Currently searching for a new provider

    Infinite Internet corporation has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! It’s been two months and I still have not spoken to anyone about my issues. Every time you call after 45 minutes of being on hold it hangs up. They changed my plan without any notice via email or phone. I’ve emailed I’ve called and still no response. It’s been two months without Internet in two months of dealing with no customer service! Do not recommend infinite Internet to anyone!
