    Absolutely inexcusable lack of accountability or care for their customers. I placed a large order for my disabled father with them and set a delivery date. I received a part of the order through UPS and opted to have them deliver two recliners. I took the day off of work to ensure that I could have the area ready and be present for delivery. They delayed the delivery time (1:00pm) stating mechanical issues with the delivery truck. No problem, thats understandable. I get a text stating that the delivery is on its way (5:00pm). Then at 5:30 I get a voicemail stating that they didnt know my house was so far away from their location and that they couldnt make the delivery tonight. I called them back to reschedule thinking it would be the next day. They inform me that it would be at least another week before they could make the delivery. I explained that this was not going to work because I cant leave my disabled father without a place to sit. They completely disregarded my concerns and informed me that there was nothing they could do. I promptly requested a refund on the chairs and decided that I would have to go buy them at an actual store so my father can have a place to sit. I was informed that they cant process a refund because my delivery was on the truck. I offered to go pick the furniture up and was told that wasnt an option. At this point I was so disgusted with their lack of care or accommodation that I requested a full refund and inquired about how to return the items that were delivered through UPS. I was informed that I could pay their 3rd party company to come pick them up, pay and have UPS ship them to them, or drive three hours to their warehouse and drop them off. I am absolutely blown away by the lack of care or regard for customer service that was displayed by this company and wonder how they actually maintain a customer base. I would strongly urge you to reconsider using them if you are considering their products.

    Criminal stars. My 9 month pregnant sister and I had an extremely disappointing and unethical experience with Rooms To Go, particularly with the delivery team led by Hector. When we requested that the drivers wear booties to protect the sanitation of our home as everyone who enters is required to do, Hector outright refused, creating unnecessary tension. Even though we asked the other two delivery workers to wear the booties, one pretended not to understand English and the other complied, but Hector told them not to wear them, disregarding our wishes. The situation escalated when, the team member wearing the booties brought in the headboard, dismantled the bedroom, and then shockingly, took back the furniture out of the house and off the front porch that had already been purchased, leaving the bedroom in dissaray. They stole the entire set and drove off with it, leaving us without the furniture we had paid for. We immediately contacted customer service to explain the severity of the theft, and I made it clear to customer service and the delivery team, that we would be filing a police report if the furniture wasn't returned. This experience has been an incredibly frustrating and upsetting ordeal, especially on my emotionally and mentally drained pregnant sister, and Hector's lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer respect and ethics is something that should be looked in to.

    Rooms To Go, Company are the worse company they take money from me for the warranty and they dont cover anything they send a technician and they didnt cover anything for my furniture the guy was so rude and didnt even say good morning I want my money back from warranty dont buy anything from them theyre are thieves and liars they dont give * *** of their customers, dont buy anything and try to get your money back.

    They make me pay for furniture warranty and they send a technician and he said because I just moved to a new apartment that the dresser mirror leg broke he says it was the moving fault Im very disappointed with these company they treated me like garbage and dont want to return my money back, I think they are the worse customer service and they are thieves! I just want my money back completely because they didnt give me any support.

    Do yourself a huge favor and don't shop there. We spent over 10K with them this past year and they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. They have no regard for their customers.We paid for an extended warranty on the ***** ******** sofa and they won't honor it. It's one excuse after the other. We can't even sit on it anymore because we sink in.This past November we ordered a credenza with the fireplace box. Every week we would call to get an update on the status and every week they would give us a later date, now it won't be in until July 2025. Had they been honest from the start we would have looked elsewhere. There is one in the *************** store which they say they can't sell to us. WHY NOT!Don't bother responding because all you do is pass the **** around and nothing gets done ********** don't care about retaining your customers, you care about the sale and that's all.

    We have been *** customers for many years and although it is annoying how long it takes to get furniture that you've purchased (usually months),we've typically been happy with their products and services. However, the last set of furniture we purchased (a bedroom set) was delivered defective. We purchased the set in May of 2024 and it was finally delivered in September. One of the lights on the headboard was not functional and the delivery tech noted it and did all of the things he was supposed to. When following up with *** I was told that they would send out a repairman to fix it. Well he came out but all he did was confirm that it was not working. Yeah, I could've told you that (and I did). Then I was told that a replacement part would be delivered in DECEMBER!!, 3 months later. Well, here we are in February and still no replacement part. ***'s stance when I call them is basically, "tough luck" and "be patient". Not impressed.

    We bought an expandable dinning room - it has a mechanism that when it is pulled out you see the leaf beneath that you need to expand the dinning room. Unfortunately I was not there when my wife received the order and she did not examine the expand option. 3-4 months later we invited several people into our home and we then needed to expand the dinning table - we found out that the piece was missing and was not delivered. I called customer service to explain the situation only to be met with an incredible **** ***** that did not even show any care or respect. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from Rooms 2 Go - when you do not have a caring customer service or a company that backs you up with respect, then you do not need this company. Also I echo several of the feedbacks below.

    I purchased a new king bed, mattress and box spring. I want to first mention that I have been a valuable customer with ********************** for the past 20 years. This one incident that I experienced this month will keep me from ever buying furniture from this company. The salesperson assured me that the guys delivering the new furniture would move my old bed set to another room for me. Im a 60 year old women and is incapable of lifting heavy items. The movers basically said they are not allowed to move my furniture to another room because its a liability. I did t know what to do because they couldnt set up my furniture at that point. Called and spoke to the salesperson and he said it was a misunderstanding on my part. I was very shocked at his dishonesty. The roomstogo guys finally helped us move the old furniture into the another room but could not reassemble it. I hope this was worth it to the salesperson and roomstogo

    We bought this living room sofa bed sectional after 1 year it needed repair, they send someone to repaired it, we had 2 years warranty and now is over, the sofa bed is falling apart and there is no more warranty, the cheap labor on this furniture is not acceptable, and they will not recognized the issue, I am not the only customer not satisfied with their products, hopefully they will take responsibility and contact me.
