On March 2022 I paid and signed a contract with ********************* to have a mobile home transported from Sorrento,** to **********,** he was then supposed to pull permit and set up mobile in **********.It is now October and he hasn't completed job he continues to demand money stating he need it for materials but has not came to finish job after getting paid.He threatens me that I can't get job completed without him because he pulled permit but won't come when he promises to.I have multiple text that he stated he was coming to finish job but has been a no call no show and the times he have came by the property he just argued with his girlfriend the whole time as she comes with him every time then leave and say he need more materials and never return please help.I have paid him a total of $9300 and only owe $700 left .I was not supposed to pay him **** of that until job was completed but he claimed he needed it for materials and I am desperately in need of moving I'm due to have a baby in December and have been displaced because of him. Also he caused my mobile home to be destroyed because he failed to wrap it properly which caused it to get water and moldy inside after he states the he was wrapping it to be weather proof before move he is very unprofessional and make **** promises to deceive customers and ******* them out of money.

Contractors response to complaint from *************************,

    Cno Mobile Home Setup
    P. O. Box 7132
    **********************
    BBB Complaint ID: ********

Several events have taken place since moving this park model to ******************* property.
    1) Polk county told ** the park model could not be installed on the property.
    2) Then they agreed to issue the permit after requiring several special requirements. All circumstances beyond the control of the
     contractor.
    3) I filled out a pre-inspection form on the park model to be installed and I certified that the park model was in move in condition, and the
condition of the home was all in working condition. I signed the pre-inspection which obligates me to verifying the condition of the home.
The county requires this pre inspection so residents don't bring homes into the county that are in need of major or minor repairs. They only want Mobile
Homes that are ready to be  installed and moved into.

Sept 13, *********************************************************** *******, ** with ***** worth of construction tools in it.A copy of the police report is enclosed.
The suspect was on video at 4 am in the morning driving my truck out of the parking lot of the Comfort Inn on ***************. The sheriff found my truck at 9 pm the same night. But all my
tools were gone, glass was broken out and a flat tire. This was quite a setback and I am still trying to recover from the tragic event.

Then the hurricane came thru polk county and peeled the roof off of the park model and the damage was caused by an act of God. Not because it wasn't wrapped correctly.
The only plastic that was required was over the sliding glass door, and it is still on the house and isn't damaged.

My job is to get the home setup and tied down according to *** statute 15-C. Since the storm caused extensive damage the home is not in move in condition like it was
    when it was delivered.
And ************** completely removed drywall cabinets, sinks, and compromised the condition of the home further. Polk county usually recommends demolition when a home is in the
    condition it is now.
I have continued to try to complete the installation of the Mobile Home even though I know it will probally not pass inspection.
My intentions are to have all my work completed by December 21, 2022. According to the contract I have with **************. The future events will have to be worked out
with *******************************. Thank you for this opportunity to present the facts and the truth in this matter.
