Today we have received 12+ phone calls from ************ caller ID as AP&G, back and forth between our main phone line and our fax line. The male caller with an Indian accent continuously asks for the business owner to change power companies and will not accept no for an answer. I gave him 30 seconds and told him I was not interested and please not call again, but he just kept talking so I hung up. After another 3 calls we just started hanging up, but he calls right back. I just spoke to him again on call 6 and he claims that our call must have dropped and goes right back into his sales pitch. I then just started to put the calls on hold immediately or hang up, but the calls keep coming. Apparently he gets paid by the call.

this company is a monster. quit using them two years ago because they raised my electricity rates to a ridiculous amount and now they continually call me from different phone numbers. I am always straight to the point and polite in telling them to put me on the do not call list. they keep calling. multiple times a day. now when they call they are aggressive and downright rude. if they actually record conversations then I would be firing the last gentleman that called me the last time as he literally starting arguing with about my own job! do not ever use this company unless u don't like money and enjoy constant confrontation with people. I do not.

I have been non stop called by this company for days, sometimes back to back from multiple ********* area phone numbers. This is a business phone and do not have time to stop working to talk to your company that is spamming my phone. I made it very clear I'm not interested. I want these calls to stop.

They call our office and insists they are transferred immediately to the owner of the company. When I ask what their company does they say it's confidential but it's very important they are transferred to the owner. The owner does not give out the number they are calling us from. When I tell them I need to know what the call is about they get very aggressive. They are incredibly deceitful and try to pretend it's not a sales call. They are by far the rude telemarketers we get. Please do not ever contact us ever again. I don't know why they waste our time calling us multiple times since we always hang up on them.

    Dear *** or Madam,

We reached out to the customer to discuss his concerns and to confirm all telephone numbers associated with the ***** account we serviced for nine years,so we could ensure all numbers are placed on our Do Not Call list. Unfortunately,we were greeted by a woman who disconnected the phone before we could leave a message for Mr. ****** and request any additional numbers from ***** that need added. As a result, we were unable to proceed with confirmation of this complaint or provide a resolution.

That said, we have at least placed this phone number, **************, on our Do Not Call list. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive phone calls about **** services, but please note that we were the **** for this account for quite some time.
Given the circumstances, we consider this case handled at this time.

If Mr. ****** is interested in resolving this complaint, we are more than happy to discuss it with him. We can be reached at **************************

    Thank you for your understanding.

Our company has received numerous phone calls from American Power & Gas over the past several weeks. Each time, the call will come in from a different number and the individual will ask to speak with the business owner or decision maker, followed by asking us to obtain a copy of our utility bill. We have repeatedly indicated we are not interested and asked to be removed from the calling list. We have had incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful employees indicating they only will speak to the owner/decision maker and will continue calling on a daily basis. It appears as if these individuals and the company will not take "no" for an answer. Ultimately, we want them to stop calling our business and stop wasting our company's valuable time. Thank you.

Since Jan '2024 American Power and gas has been billing me on my Central ****** Electric bill. A total of $549.54 so far this year and I never signed up with them I just noticed the charge this month because I don't get bills because I have autopay from ******************** and I;m considering solar and I had to look at the bills and noticed the charges from them . I want a refund of all charges this year. I complained to them and they said they would look into it. How dare they charge me and have it added to my Central ****** Electric bill. I cancelled it

Her account has been canceled without any fees, and her phone number has been placed on our do not call list. On two seperate occasions, this company has either tricked our employees or falsified documents to take over at our ***************** Once it was an employee who was told misleading and false information. This time, they took over our bill without our consent. This is for Recovery Revolution, *** and A Clean Slate- both in ****** ***Electric companies use unethical and illegal practices and harrass companies to try to switch. Last time we had to put our account "on watch." This is the second time and they successfully forced us to have their service for 5 days. Our small nonprofits wants:a refund an agreement to never call or harrass our business again and reassurance that they won't randomly take over ANY of our bills.

    Business response

    Dear *** or Madam,

We have been unable to substantiate the claims made by ************************. Despite our attempts to reach **************** for further discussion,we have not yet been able to connect with her.

Our records indicate that *********************** has enrolled with American Power & Gas multiple times since August 2017. Additionally, on September 6, 2019, AP&G paid a cancellation fee of $215.65 for Recovery Revolution, which was also completed by ***********************. The most recent enrollment in May 2024 was again completed by ***********************. We have emailed the recorded verifications to **************** for her review as well.

Given this information, AP&G did not randomly take over accounts or enroll this customer without consent. We can only assume that this customer may be confusing our company with another provider.

All associated accounts have been canceled with no fees, and we have placed the numbers ************** and ************** on our Do Not Call list. If **************** has any additional phone numbers she would like to add, we will gladly accommodate that request.

The customer may respond to our email sent if they require further information or assistance.

Phone call harassments. They have been asked to stop calling 9 times that we have record of. We would like the calls to stop.

    Dear *** or Madam,

We reached out to the customer as we were unable to locate any calls requesting to be placed on our Do Not Call list. It is a serious violation of company policy for vendors to disregard such requests. Oftentimes, complaints are misaddressed to our company due to similar names, such as All-American Power and Gas or American Power Gas & Electric.

The customer provided additional numbers allowing us to further investigate and to be placed on our Do Not Call list. **************** found our call and resolution satisfactory.

I work for ******* *************************** AP&G, has repeatedly called us about "lowering our rates" and claiming that RG&E authorized them to call. They do not take "NO" for an answer. I tell them I'm not interested, hang up and block the number. They immediately call back from a different number. This goes on several times. This afternoon, they called 5 times in a row, I blocked every number, yet they call again from a different number. This needs to stop!

    Business response

    Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for alerting us about this case. We placed the consumers phone number on our Do Not Call list. We have reached out to the consumer via email to further discuss their concerns. The customer has provided information to assist with our investigation. If the customer has any additional phone numbers to add, we will gladly add them as well.
