Totally agree, had similar issue if this is regarding the purchase of Simpli Health ACV+Keto. One difference is the location. Per the packing slip and address on the bottle their location is in Lakeland, FL. I emailed, phoned and sent letters regarding my experience wi requesting reimbursement me since 7/2022. I saw one of their facebook ads about the above noted product and decided to order one bottle and give it a try for the advertised price of $39.95. HOWEVER, when I put in the order and gave my visa number I immediately received notice my card had been charged $199.99! There was no summary to confirm the payment or if the order was correct. I attempted to call the phone number on the advertisement but it was not “available”. I also received notice from my bank while I was attempting to contact the company about not only the $199.99 order but also an additional $49.95 charge. My bank denied the $49.95 but the $199.99 already went through. I immediately notified my visa bank that I had attempted to cancel the order without any luck. The person told me they have had other complaints about the business ordering process. I've ordered other items via internet and they always send a summary before charging the account to make sure everything is ok, their process did NOT which I believe is a fraudulent practice or at the least bad business. I wanted to return everything which the “ad” stated could be done if I was not satisfied. The phone rep only suggestion was to give me a small discount so I didn’t have to pay for the return. I told him I did not want the discount I wanted my $199.99 back. He told me the return and “handling fees” would be more than the discount so his offer was better. I told him I did not agree that there should be any return fee since there was no summary or email confirmation. He hung up on me. I had to wait until I received the package before I had any contact information. As of date no reimbursement or communication.

total scam!!! You order your 5 bottles- get them 2 weeks later- barely have time to try them- and, BOOM another transaction shows up on your card. A subscription you never signed up for (it is hidden in the 'trial') I read reviews that warned of this- so, I sent a WRITTEN request as soon as I received the shipment that no further charges are approved... then, guess what??? yup- they tried again 30 days after 1st order. Website on the bottle is BOGUS!!! does not exist. Hard to find anything online. Called the 800 number- and, got someone who was 'sorry' I did not understand the terms and conditions... OH MY!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!!
