    I bought a car and the brakes exploded because it was so rusted out. He let me use another car until I got my income taxes. The car he let me use came straight from the auction and was never checked he said he would have his mechanic go over the car if u wanted ti purchase when I got my taxes. My taxes were 2 weeks late so he started charging me 100 a week until I got rhe taxes. I didn't want this car it had issues from the day I took it home. He said he'd look for another car for me. This happened in March of ***************************************************************** drive. I replaced 5he alternator the battery and spark plugs. I called abohaney to ask what else to do he d9wsnt return my calls until I dont make this payment ofn215.00 on Fri may 31st. He is now harassing me. I have 4 payments left and I'm not paying for a car I can't drive and he won't help me figure out what to do. I have already missed 3 days of work and am fixing to be fired over it. I have bad credit and no money so it's not as if I can just go somewhere else.

    On October 31, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for approximately 4500$. After driving the vehicle for two weeks it blew a ignition coil. Mechanic that fixed it showed me it was out of oil at this time,bone dry. He proceeded to tell me that it seemed as if there was a patch done on the gasket. After fixing the ignition coil it blew again and is now make loud noises anytime it starts. It's not showing any codes at all though.I understand this was bought as is but feel as if I was just left to hang since I called to see if they could help me out and told the owner was in ***** and they would get back to me the following Monday. Well it's been 2 Mondays since. They sold me a vehicle as is under the assumption it would run long enough to be my issue. The business is junk. Had the car (2008 rogue) for 1 and a half months only been able to drive it 2 weeks.

      On October 30, 2023 ************** purchased a 2008 ****** Rogue. ************** purchased the vehicle through our in house financing and is making 12 weekly payments on the vehicle. ************** purchased the vehicle as is stated in the document attached above. At every sale the dealership always states to the customer that we recommended a oil change be done. The dealership employees drive all vehicles back from ************** when we buy the vehicles. We check fluids and oil, make sure vehicle isn't over heating. We have a mechanic at the dealership Monday- Friday 10am - 6pm. ************** also test drove the car and said it was a great car.

    He sold me a car that has many issues he tried to cover up. It has a severe oil leak. The mechanic I brought it to can see where he attempted to patch the oil pan gasket. Tires rods and mount are bad. Abs system broken. Car also had a issue with starting day after I bought the car. When i called to tell him he was nastey. He attempted to insult me. They told me there was a warranty. Then when something was wrong he stated sold as is. I gave many options on how we can have the issue resolved.instead he rattled off like a toddler have a hissy fit.his wife who sold me the car enjoyed talking about how they get away with not paying all their taxes. The man unprofessional and a scammer.

     ***************** financed a 2007 Buick Rendezvous from Abohany Auto Sales on June 25, 2023 through our by here pay here finance.  ***************** brought her husband to the dealership who was a mechanic, they checked the vehicle and the gentleman stated the vehicle was good to go. ***************** 16 weekly payments to the dealership. The dealership has a mechanic here Monday through Friday 10am - 6pm. As attached above ***************** purchased the vehicle As is. ***************** never came to the dealership to mention anything was wrong with the vehicle nor to talk to the mechanic.

    I am rejecting this response because: he doesn't have a mechanic. He is lying. He has a guy who kinda knows what he doing not certified in any way. The vehicle been problem after problem. Things he intentionally hide and lied about. As well I paid for registration till year **** which he did not submit to the dmv. Certified mechanic ive been using as been getting many vehicle from this man trash dealership .this mechanic also see where this dealership patched the vehicle to sell which caused more damages.

    We purchased a used car with the understanding it needed mild work. My daughter saved her hard earned money to buy her first car only to find out that the car is completely non drivable. We paid **** for the car and the mechanic said it isnt work $900 for parts only.

    This customer purchased this vehicle on May 9, 2022. During the 9 months since the purchased he has not contacted us, nor has he came by the office to discuss the issue. Unfortunately he bought the vehicle as is with no warranty. I am going to add an attachment of the buyer's guide which will clearly show that he purchased the vehicle as is with no warranty.

    I was sold a used vehicle that appearedII to be in good working order. However, after starting the car for the third or fourth time at home, blue smoke began coming out of the car from underneath. I could not determine where the smoke was coming from. The car also has shifting problems as well as other smaller problems. I contacted **** of the dealership and he requested I take the car for an oil change. I took the vehicle to my local mechanic and was given a list of items needing repair. He suggested that I take the vehicle back to the seller to discuss the repairs. I had the oil change done, had two new tires placed on the vehicle, new rear brakes and belts changed. Throughout this time, the vehicle continued to smoke, At this point, I tried a few things to get the smoking to stop nothing worked. I took the car back to the dealership and was told by *****, the Abohany mechanic, that having the catalytic converters replaced would fix the problem. **** was not in the office but it was possible to get him on the phone. ***** talked with **** while I was sitting there by him. I ******************* say they would offer me $1,000 for the car and $700 for me so I could get another car. I declined that offer saying I now have $6000 in the car and I could not afford to buy another. **** then offered to repair the catalytic converters at their price ($750) . I did choose to have the repairs done. I picked up the car on October 20th in the evening. The car was already running and I saw no smoke at the time. I told ***** that I wanted the old parts and he said they were in the back. I have the car that is smoking horribly and the transmission is shifting much harder. I would like to have my original $5,000 that I paid for the vehicle returned so I can purchase another car. The parts that I requested be returned were in the trunk according to *****. The parts there are not what should have been replaced.

I have taken the car back 3 times and it has not been fixed yet.  ************* told me today in a phone call that he will try again to fix it or give another car.  I will accept this offer to settle.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Mr. ********************** made several offers to help me with the car I purchased, including replacing the car with a different one. When I accepted his offer he rescinded his promise.  There were several options offered to me however Mr. ********************** did not follow through on any of them.

    So after paying $6,000 for the car and another $700 to repair the catalytic convertor, which was in itself a problem, I have been left without a vehicle.

    I request Mr. ********************** fulfill any of the promises he has made to help me get into another car or refund the $5,000 paid (excluding taxes, etc.).  

    From my first contact with the dealership, I was told that Mr. ********************** was good to his word.  I will be pleased if he would make this transaction fair and equitable.

    I have a close relative that just turn 18 but not mentally capable of good business decisions for himself. He went with some friends and purchased a car at a small buy here pay here and the car has a lot of issues. He has no drivers license or insurance on the car and they still allowed him to take the car and it's been 30 days and the car is just sitting with no insurance and no drivers license. What are our rights that he can get his money back? I just don't feel like this can be a binding contract when he didn't even have the proper documentation to even transfer in his name. I could use all the help I can with this 🥲

This business is extremely nasty, spiteful, grimy, unehelpful and very unethical. I need help to resolve this. I plan on calling the Distric Attorney's office and also placing a complaint with the DMV and calling the news as well. My sister went with my nephew after instructions from the owner to come in. He said they did not need the BBB because they would help resolve everything. Upon turning into the establishment my nephew turned in too close to another vehicle and tapped it. It is a very small car lot and everything is jammed together. They called the cops on my nephew knowing he did not have insurance or license which was the original issue and have trespassed **** my sister and my nephew in a obvious attempt to not help them at all. The police officer that came out advice them to get an attorney because he said they seem like they do shady business there. I went to the location to drive the car back to my house because the officer would not let them leave until someone came to pick the car up. The car drives horrible it jerks like crazy and the a/c does not work. They are thieves with no conscious and take advantage of people with limited resources. My nephew has been saving this money for a very long time and he has a lot of issues as well. I can literally prove with paperwork that he is not stable enough to execute a contract, which makes the contract unenforceable. Why does this business want to sell cars that are trash and no good. This has turned into an economic crime! They took his money and sold him a bad car and let him drive it off the lot with no insurance and no license.... So now they have his $4,000 and he has a broken car that he doesn't legally own because they are unable to register the broken car in his name. He has take the drivers license test more then 4 times already and has not been able to pass. My sister is filing for disability for him. This unethical place is trying to manipulate my sister to put the car in her name in an attempt to wash their hands of the situation. I work for a dealership myself and they have every right to get their money back. This is an illegal transaction. We need the money back. This is taking advantage of people in very low places. It's disgusting and I will let everyone know.
