  We hired the moving company to move me and my 29 year old daughter on January 4th. It was supposed to be 2 movers & it was supposed to start at 11am. The 1 mover Tyler started texting me at 7:30am and told me he was told 9 or 10 am which already messed me up after I told him I spoke with dispatch the night before and they told me 11am. I’m disabled and couldn’t help at all. My daughter who is 29 helped move a lot of our stuff we had a contract listing everything in the home we needed moved and paid a deposit the day I made the reservation, almost $300 and supposed to pay the remainder to the mover(s) and even though Tyler was the only 1 to show up my daughter paid him the rest of the balance plus a man walked up and asked if we needed help and he too helped out. We had the biggest truck but all of our things weren’t put on the truck and later that weekend had someone help my daughter bring the rest of our things. The 1 mover request almost $500 more and I want what is owed to us back. I tried contacting the company spoke with a female manager and tried contacting her again the next day and found out she literally BLOCKED MY AND MY DAUGHTER’S phone numbers so she wouldn’t have to speak with either of us again. I’ve never had to deal with anyone like this before and my daughter works 2 jobs including being my caregiver and neither one of us has had any luck with them getting our money back and I’m truly hoping you can help us out.
