    1 year subscription to marketing services for $604. I received an invoice from the amount paid. Never was it mentioned of quarterly renewals and I thought I purchased a 1 year service. I received emails regularly with marketing items. I never received a statement, bill, invoice nor is there a billing area on my site dashboard. I only saw the charge on my credit card. In January I received an email with updated marketing and at the end of the email buried in the paragraph was this about renewal. again no invoice or dollar amount mentioned..."More Exciting Things to ************ marketing allows you to connect with your local community. Through videos, guides, images, infographics, social media, and other forms of content, you can establish your reputation and draw people into your sales funnel. Your quarterly program is set to renew soon, so we can continue providing you with amazing content that will continue to wow your clients. If you wish to opt-out of receiving future content, simply reply to this email. Our team is always available to discuss best practices on how to maximize or improve your content, or answer any questions you may have."I contacted customer service explaining the deception and nothing about quarterly renewals. Their response was they could cancel and I should have been told. Nothing in writing and again no billing statement sent. I requested for refund of the quarterly renewals: $402.62 paid in 1-23-25 and again $402.62 on 4-23-25. I am ok with the payment I made for $604, as I agreed to pay that for 1 year. The additional payments are deceptive and were not known.

    When I spoke to the representative in December of 2023, I was told I was paying $182.00 (plus tax) for services for social media advertising for 1 year!However, I noticed that I was billed another $195.62 on March 28th, 2024.When I called to speak with the agent that had been sending me this marketing (*************************), she stated that I was given my invoice on March 25th, letting me know I was going to be billed.I told her I had not received any such email.She then referred me to the email that was sent, which was a generic email subject: *********,Here is a Recap of Everything You've Received I did not pay much attention to this email, because it was just showing me what they had provided to me, up to this point, which was nothing much.So I just filed it away.Little did I know, that what they consider to be an invoice, was the very last paragraph of this email that stated the following:More Exciting Things to ************ marketing allows you to connect with your local community. Through videos, guides, images, infographics, social media, and other forms of content, you can establish your reputation and draw people into your sales funnel. Your quarterly program is set to renew soon, so we can continue providing you with amazing content that will continue to wow your clients. If you wish to opt-out of receiving future content, simply reply to this email.NO INVOICE, NO DUE DATE, NO AMOUNT, but this is to be considered my invoice.This company is a fraud!The material they provide is a joke.They create videos in VIMEO, which I can create on my own for free.And the "marketing" they create is poorly done and created by Canva, another service which I have that is free.Had I known this from the beginning, I would have NEVER used their services, but I thought, I only paid $195.62 for 1 year, so whatever, no big deal. But then when I was charged again, and without ANY notice, NO BILL, NO warranting, They should not be able to get away with this.How many other people are they ripping off by these secret billing reminder.I want to be refunded the $195.62 that I was charged in March!I have not problem paying the initial fee, but I want nothing to do with their services!I have requested they cancel my account, and ****** did email me the following:As discussed, I have marked your account no further billing. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!But again, I want to be refunded the charge I was NOT NOTIFIED THEY TAKING on March 28th, 2024 for $195.62 Thank you,

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, although the company has never tried reaching to me, they did refund my money and so at this time, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
