Smyth Engineering has been a Godsend and I look forward to working with them in the future. They were knowledgeable and fantastic with follow up. They worked with me through the end of the project. Their communication is amazing!!! I have never handled a construction project and they walked me through the process and helped me every step of the way. Absolutely amazing!!!Review from Bob D

We were lucky to come across Smyth Engineering, **** at a trade show last year. We had been working with another company for several years and although they were very good, we were looking for a company that would give us more individual attentions for a variety of current and future projects.When I call I usually am able to speak with the Owner ***********, but when I can't his associates are always able to help me or ***** will call me back himself. Their drawings are always detailed with all the information that we need and much more. If you are looking for a professional, honest, top quality and responsive engineering firm, then look no further. I cannot thank ***** and his team enough for taking on our small business project. ***** provided professional plans and engineering expertise for my preschool remodel project. Chris from Smyth Engineering performed the Milestone inspection at the Condo building I manage in Sunny Isle Beach. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Smyth Engineering did an excellent inspection, very honest decent fee. One of the few Engineering business a real pleasant to do business with. ************************** Smyth took so much time and was kind enough to deliver the documentation to the *************** himself. Awesome gesture. I called *********** many times during the process of submitting the report to the City and I did not have any issue or problem getting hold of him or responding to my emails immediately. Smyth Engineering is the absolute one to go to. Ot most respectful, prompt, courteous and delivers well above expectations. We've had him on several of our projects and have nothing but positives to state. The information he provides is extremely detailed with no blind sides so for that we thank Smyth and looking forward to working with him on many more projects!Review from matt h

Smyth Engineering performed a Milestone and SIRS Inspection on one of the properties I manage. They did an excellent job and were extremely responsive and detail oriented. They did the work promptly and efficiently and ***** answers the phone every time I call with a question. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again.****Review from Sandra M

***** from Smyth Engineering performed our milestone inspection. We are a condo association on the intercoastal. He and his crew worked tirelessly in the heat of August to complete his inspections and provide the Board with detailed reports. He is very professional and accommodating to the needs of the community. I would highly recommend Smyth Engineering.Review from Michael M
