Just got engaged this past weekend to The most amazing woman I have ever met!!! (Besides my mother).The most important part about this engagement was making sure that the ring was perfect for her. Throughout this entire process **** Charles has just been amazing from taking in the initial information to creating 3D CAD designs in the computer to then printing those 3D CAD designs and wax molds so that I could see and feel in touch what this ring would look like. Then to go to casting and porting and polishing and setting the stone for the finished product. This whole process was amazing in the creation and the patience, the time, the understanding and professionalism that he put into his craft. There are no words I could use to express what this whole experience has meant to me. To be able to give the one unique amazing person in my life one unique amazing piece of jewelry to share with her what my feelings are and what she means to me. All of this very artistically crafted into a beautiful piece of jewelry. Can't believe I found this guy right here in our backyard in ****** *******. Thank you so much ****. Please all must remember that custom work takes time and patience for it to be right. You and your jeweler are creating something amazing and when it is right you will know. Anything created in a rush has the greater opportunity of not being what was envisioned.Review from Gail R

John has been wonderful with helping me to make old jewelry into beautiful designs that I'll wear all the time! The detail is phenomenal. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I'll use them for any and all jewelry needs. He came by on the recommendation of a friend. I'll certainly be recommending them to others!Review from Kathy H

Amazing workmanship! Took my 18k diamond bracelet for a repair The bracelet is almost 25 years old, worn most days They recommended that they can remake exactly and they did without me taking a mortgage out! Reasonably priced ******* is an asset and offers the best front room customer service The bracelet looks like the day I bought it Thank you *** much!
