This contractor charges you for the time they are driving to your property. They do not tell you this, unless you ask why your bill hourly rate doesnt match the actual time on site. Unethical.Review from EC H

We hired ****'s Plumbing to do some work at our home on October 20, 2022. One plumber showed up, began installing a wall faucet, went outside to do some other work, and accidentally hit the main water cut-off valve with a long PVC pipe which turned it to the open position. Water began filling our home inside from the second floor down to the first for an unknown amount of time before it was discovered. The plumber said he would return in a week after the drying out was finished, but no one from ****'s Plumbing ever came to look at the damage. Extensive damage was done to our home which took about 9 months to repair. The cost of repairs was double the insurance coverage. You do not want to live through what we have. We recommend you do not call this company for any services.Review from Kevin M

I hired ****'s plumbing to install a new water heater. When the job was done I was asked if I wanted a permit. I didn't realize getting a permit to install a hot water heater was an option and not a requirement. To get the permit I needed an inspection. So they had to come out another day to get the inspection. It was to be done via face time. The inspector asked the company rep about some items on the heater, which had not been installed, so the inspection failed. So.... I had to take off another day of work to be there for the installer to put in what was missing and get the inspection. Parts installed, no inspection done. So not I have spent 3 days, still no permit or inspection. Today I received a bill for the work that they did not do when the heater was installed. So now they want me to pay more because they did not do their job. I still have no inspection or permit. Please be careful hiring this company.Review from Waine W

Please use this company and you wont be disappointed. I hired another company that I cant say the name of but used to have 3 initials as there name and just sold it to another company. They came out and placed the blue ring on my broken flange but my toilet still could not be mounted. I always use Dave's but there schedule was full and I was in a hurry. But after the other company left and still charged me for a non fix in come Dave's to the rescue. Ryan came in and what the other company couldn't fix Ryan was my superman and fixed it. I caution people make sure you use Dave's were the real and experienced plumbers live. He was so good I asked if he would have time to plumb my new kitchen double sink with garbage disposal. Remember experience is everything and Ryan is an amazing plumber. When those other company advertise a fully stocked truck with parts does not mean you get an experienced plumber. I use my real name here in all my reviews for credibility. Again the point of this review is Ryan is amazing and use Dave's plumbing. In my case the moral of the story is it is worth the wait to get an amazing plumber like Ryan. I will never make that mistake of being in a hurry again and not waiting for a trusted plumberReview from Abby E

Pre-covid I had used them and everything went well. I had a post-covid repair to replace a faucet in a bathroom. The plumber who came out got upset and said the repair was not what he was told and was upset with me and spent several minutes on the phone with his manager. He finally begrudgingly did the repair, but did not give me a bill and said it would be emailed to me. I had written down the exact time he was there. When I finally got the bill they charged me for an extra hour and their rates were almost double from the last time I had used them. When I called they said, 'oh that was for travel time.' I was never told I would be charged for 'travel time.' These guys used to be a good company, no longer. BEWARE
