My son was admitted to the Coral Shores partial hospitalization program (PHP) in Aug 2024 for treatment of PTSD. We selected Coral Shores because they advertised that they provided integrated services of therapy and medication and also because they had an inpatient unit, if needed. The reality turned out to be far different. Within two weeks of starting the **** he started to develop symptoms of his illness, mainly paranoia and mistrust of others. Because of the expression of these symptoms, his therapist asked that I not bring him back to the program. I was also told that I should NOT bring him to the emergency room at the facility. My son started their program with great hope that he would finally get relief from his symptoms and I had great hope that he would have access to a comprehensive treatment plan. Instead, he was turned away due to the fact that his symptoms emerged. If you or your loved one have a serious mental illness, I am not exactly sure where you can turn to, but Coral Shores certainly was not capable or interested in treating my sons illness. Nor do they seem interested in getting feedback on their services I have tried three times: tried to contact their patient advocate office, left a voicemail for my sons therapist asking to provide feedback, and wrote to the Contact Us address that Coral Shores routinely posts as responses to reviews on social media none of those attempts resulted in a response from Coral Shores.

Same as the previous review. Sent a bill to collection, have tried reaching out via phone and online forms both Coral and the collection agency with no response. Let's see if this will do it.

Sent you a collections letter without an actual bill of what you are being billed for a year and a half later after hospitalization.

You need the code to speak with the patient that has you on your emergency contact list. This is a policy that is not very well thought out what are they gonna ask me for a code in the event of an emergency? Staff doesnt seem to care if a patient speaks with somebody on their emergency contact listAnd or is not willing to problem solve to find a way to connect said emergency contact with said to patient. Does not seem very good for ones mental health to disconnect an emergency contact from a patient.
