The entire process, from initial consultation to tear-off to completion, was thoroughly communicated and deadlines met. Id like to commend everyone involved in this project: ************* Consultant - was the first person I met with from your company. *** is very kind and knowledgeable about everything related to roofing (techniques, materials, etc.); the Office Staff - *******, *****, *****, *********, etc., - handled the paperwork, billing and permits. *********** site Supervisor - led the different crews that performed the heavy labor. The whole team did an extraordinary job in expediting this project in time for me to submit all the necessary paperwork to my homeowners insurance company so they could renew my policy before it would expire. Not only was this project done in record time, but it is BEAUTIFUL. A very special Thanks to ***** and his teams. ***** was at the job-site daily, instructing and supervising, and explaining and answering any questions I had. His leadership and communication skills, as well as his knowledge on the project, were excellent. He is approachable, professional, and respectful. I would also like to give praise and commend all the crews (****** Teams); they were hard-working, efficient, organized, respectful of my property, and did an awesome job in leaving the job site clean daily. Im pleased with the magnificent job they all did. I love my new Metal Roof; it makes my house look like new. Ive gotten many compliments from neighbors, family, friends and co-workers. I purchased a tile roof not too long ago from Total Roofing. My sales representatives, *** and *****, were absolutely amazing. They know their stuff. They were up front and transparent about the entire process. Top notch communication! The roofers were respectful and professional as well. To say theyre efficient is an understatement. I had a new roof in no time. ******* looks great and I couldnt be happier. I definitely recommend this company.

We hired Total Roofing in November 2022. We were on vacation during the start. We had pointed out to the sales rep that we knew we had some rot in the back of the house that we wanted them to take care of during the process. We had a giant leak which led to the rot. They replaced 21 sheets of plywood, but covered over the rotted facia which we could not see. In replacing the ************ attached to the lanai we discovered they did not replace the rot. They simply covered over it. Since we needed a repair before hanging the new gutter, I called our sales rep from Total Roofing. That was 4 weeks ago. They finally sent someone down and gave us a ridiculously high quote to fix the damage that could have been easily fixed when the sheathing was off. We have found someone else very timely and responsive to fix the rot. I have lost all respect for Total Roofing.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Total Roofing Experts. It was imperative that we have a new roof as soon as possible due to insurance issues and they went out of their way to help us. Zach M****** was so helpful with the paperwork and communicating with everyone to get the needed approvals to begin. The staff involved with the permitting and logistics also were extremely helpful putting everything together to start. The installation crews were prompt, efficient and completed our new roof in record time. Communication with everyone involved was excellent and it was a very positive experience. We will definitely recommend Total Roofing Experts to everyone we know!

My wife and I were very pleased by the professional and courteous way this company operated. We called Total Roofing System after speaking to our neighbor about their experience with a repair job on their roof. Our first contact was with Antonio the estimating expert who returned our phone call immediately and arrived on time at our property. After initial inspection and learning of our needs he called back within hours with a quote for our roof replacement. After acceptance and down payment, we quickly received signed contracts and an email showing each company department contact email and phone number. I had the pleasure of using the contact info to stay informed about the progress of the project. The emails and phone calls to each department contact was answered immediately to my satisfaction. I was impressed with each phase of the project having a specialized team to handle each task. The Permit Specialist notified me that the permit was approved and the work began. Each specialized team arrived promptly and cleaned up each day upon completion. The takeaway is that this company communicated very well and paid attention to detail like a professional is expected to. They have my recommendation.
