    Dora95th runs a special for lace install and i read very carefully to understand everything. I book and pay my money 60$. Her site says she can install a used wig that needs to be dropped of 2 days prior. I go to drop it off and she sends a rude assistant out who states my wig is raggedy and cant be installed. I say okay as I had added a band for glueless on it. She was ********** couldnt be installed so I said no problem and asked for a refund. **** is in the back and never comes out to greet or speak with me. Horrible customer service! I requested a refund via cash app like the assistant told me to and I texted a reminder. All now this business have yet to refund my money! I have waited a week and they have stopped answering my text. Dont keep my hard earned money for services you didnt complete. Its the principle not the amount and the horrible customer service! I want a refund of my 60$

    The business refunded my money but harassed and cursed me out via cash app and text messages. I want others to know she is rude with no customer service skills and flippant. She did not want to give me a refund after I requested at least 3 times and then became belligerent when I requested it on her IG page. **** and her minions need a hospitality business course. I will never recommend her business or utilize any company I see her promoting.

    12-15-2023 "**** has been known to curse at clients who disagree with her styling choices.""On several occasions, **** has yanked and pulled clients' hair, causing them pain and discomfort.""Clients have reported feeling intimidated and unsafe due to ****'s unpredictable mood swings."****'s disregard for her clients' wishes and well-being is deeply concerning. Agreeing to a style and then drastically changing it shows a clear lack of respect. Save your money.

    On March 8, 2022 and March 27, 2022 i made a total payment of $500 for a hair class that was supposed be on April 24, 2022 but she had overbooked i originally asked for a refund after a week with no refund I asked if she could just reschedule my class for a different time she explained that she had a class for May 22, 2022 which I agreed to book for a week before the scheduled class I reached out to remind her about me and to get the address and time of the class. I barely received any response from the owner so at this point I'm calling and texting and still I'm getting no answer from her. The day before the class May 21, 2022 I call from my ****** phone and she quickly text back thats she is working and she will send the address and time. Today May 22, **************************************************************************************************** any information. I called numerous of times and texted about sending my refund no response. So I'm reaching out to the BBB because this is not how business should be conducted and will never do business with again
