Try to get more money out of you then you owe. Be careful to keep receipts, they don't apply your payments to your account that you owe on. I made an agreement of $2400, and to pay $200/mo starting in November 2023 on the last day of each month until the $2400 is paid off. To date it has only been FOUR MONTHS which I have paid $200/mo totaling $800. Leaving a total amount due is $1600. Which MODLIN SLINSKY, P.A agree I have paid. It has only been four months - keep that in mind. So, I said I would make a payment 11/14/23 of $200 for November. Then paid on 11/29 $100 and 12/13 $100 total amount $200 for Dec 2023. Then for Jan 2024 I paid on 1/2 $100 and 1/11 $100 total of $200. Then for February 1/30 $100 and then on 2/13 $100 - Total of $200 for February. They agree I have paid a total of $800 to date - 4 months (Nov 2023, Dec 2023, Jan 2024, Feb 2024), but I am behind on payment. The math aint mathing. On 3/1/24 *************************** called me and from the start was nasty/rude and accusing me of not paying for the last 4 months EVEN though she quoted I have paid $800 to date. So I hung up on her when she kept talking over me and wouldn't give me a supervisor. I called back spoke to a ****** who then hung up on me. I called back again, ****** answered. After giving her the dates and amounts I have paid, now someone has to go over the account BECAUSE they didn't apply my initial payment on 11/14/23 of $200 to my account. When I asked what it was applied to, she said she doesn't know and they will have to call me on Monday.All the while implying this was my fault and being condescending. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE LIARS AND CHEATS. Go straight to the credit card company and work something out. MODLIN SLINSKY, P.A are cheats/liars ambulance chasing frauds. They will cheat you out your money if you do not keep receipts.
