I ordered an RX on June 12th, and after a week I contacted them to see what was going on. Apparently they did not have any in stock and said that I could either wait or have the Rx partially filled somewhere else until it became in stock. I opted to leave my order open because I had a $10 off promo on it for first time order with the company. After a few weeks, they cancelled my order citing that they were still having issues getting it in stock. I was perfectly fine keeping it open until it became in stock. Today I emailed them and asked if they had them in stock now and they said yes, but they would not honor the $10 off promo from my initial order that they cancelled. They keep telling me they suspended all discount coupons. I find it to be terrible customer service that I would pay one price, only for them to cancel my order and tell me to pay a higher price. I don't mind paying the higher price on the refills, since the promo is only for the initial order, however, I find it very shady practice not to honor the deal I was supposed to get with my initial order not that they have the ability to fill my Rx. Requesting $10 settlement as store credit that I can use to get my original price back.Initial Complaint

I ordered (and provided the Drs prescription) August 6th, 2024. Didnt get confirmation, the company just stopped communicating once they got my money. So, I called them. The *** said they had my doctors prescription, and the order was ready to be filled, but it would take 7 days. That seemed ridiculous to me.Waited waited waitedEventually, got an email August 27 saying DiRx didnt have my prescription. WHAT?!Called them August 28th, the *** said they had the prescription. But then he said the prescription needed to be redone because 3 weeks had gone by. I told him to give me a refund, he said it would take 10 business days.The whole experience is very fishy, I want DiRx to send the prescription I ordered & paid for; and I want to warn others about this SCAM *************************** of experience: August 06 - 28, 2024 Thanks,*** *********Initial Complaint

Order was placed on 7/31/24 DIRX is a pharmacy that advertises delivering medication they have had my critical medicine prescription for 3 weeks and have not delivered. I have called numerous time and the issue is never resolved. I have left messages requesting manager follow up with no return call and have asked to have my prescription expedited and it still has not even shipped. After 2 weeks of them saying they needed my prescription, i finally spoke to someone helpful in the pharmacy department who found out they had my prescription THE ENTIRE TIME and he was able to state it would be sent out. And it has been a week since then and it still has not been sent and I am without my very important medication.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 1 year subscription for medications on July 4, 2023 for $199. Orders were recieved by DiRx on June 18, 2024 and June 30, 2024 (Within one year of purcasing the plan). Both orders were placed on backorder by DiRx. DiRx than canceled the orders since they were on back order and then issued new orders. They are now charging me $22.38 and $57.33 because they no longer offer the annual plan and they claim my orders were after the expiration of my plan.Initial Complaint

6/5/2024 - Had my prescriptions sent over.A week passes and my prescriptions are not passe dpending. I call and somehow despite it being an automatic system Dirx had my last name wrong on the prescriptions sent in. I had to have my provider reach out to get this sorted. Its been another week.Somehow the amount was wrong and they correct it by cancelling the order and placing an accurate order in my cart. Not pushing through the order, but in my cart to confirm. Thankfully this caller was very helpful, "I am So Sorry it's been a week, it should've cleared by now. Let's see what we can do."6/19/2024 $25.22 + $180 annual saving plan i have. The new order was placed. Another week passes and nothing. I have no medication at this point and i hav going through withdrawls and in danger of a having the consequences of not having necessary medication. I call Dirx again and I get. "Oh well, give it a week we're working on it." "I placed this three weeks ago, it's been pending i am out of my medication. How long am I expected to wait?" "I told you a week."You have someone who has paid for a year of service to go a month without a service they are paying for. I was told they were out of one but it should be in soon - Still a pending order! They have failed numerous times to send out prescriptions in a timely matter. If they do not have a prescription immediately rectify the situation. Let your payer know. I need this medication. I need it provided. This is a dangerous situation and a waste of hundreds of dollars.I have had to spend the money saved through this prescription plan on other doctors to provide me new prescriptions while i wait for my latest order to , please, simply come through. I just want my medication as soon as possible. I want my money back for this saving plan since it's done nothing to save me anything and i refuse to trust them with anything else going forward.Initial Complaint

**************** is terrible. Ive emailed twice with no replies over 2 weeks and called a total of 3 times now all during pharmacy business hours and still get no answers. I ordered on 5/16/24 and spoke with my doctor twice that same day asking them to send the *** they even called me back and confirmed it was sent. I waited a few days and still said pending. I emailed them got no response ever. I called them and was placed on hold for them to contact their pharmacy team. After waiting a while he came back and said they were too busy to answer his call and that I should either wait a few days or call back tomorrow. So then I contacted my doctor and asked to send it again. They again called me back and confirmed they sent the ** again. So I waited a few more days. Called them again and they were not able to talk with their pharmacist yet again to confirm if the ** had been received or not. At that point since I knew the ** was there and had been sent twice, I canceled the first order and ordered it again, thinking a new order may get some attention and the ** was there twice now. My doctors office is great and always does what they say they are going to do and even called me and confirmed twice that it actually had been sent. Now two weeks later it is 05/31/24 and it still says pending. I called yet again and they said they are not able to contact their pharmacy team to check on it and to call back again on Monday.Not to mention the first order I used a $10 off coupon and it wouldnt let me do that on the second order because it said that was only for first time orders, even though I never actually got to process the first order. I have received no response to emails and no updates regarding my order at all.Im doing this review to hopefully get someones attention that can actually get something done about this. They can contact my doctor if need be but I hate to ask my doctor to send the same ** for a third time because this is crazy.Business response

Online Pharmacy took an unauthorized second payment out of my bank account. **************** saying it will be weeks before I get it back and then canceled my order off of a minute discrepancy. **************** abrasive and not helpful.Business response

Good day. We are sorry to see this complaint. In reviewing the situation, we would like to note that on the original order, there were multiple discrepancies versus the medication actually prescribed by her doctor. As a standard procedure, we edit the original order to match the prescription strength or quantity. When that edit occurs, our payment gateway provider places a temporary hold for the amount of the order. While it may appear as a second "charge" this is not the case. We are simply placing a temporary hold on those funds until the order fully processes. In this case, the order was ultimately cancelled because the frequency that she selected for refills also did not match the prescription. We must cancel and replace the order in this situation. When made aware of this, the patient declined to move forward and demanded a refund. Again, the temporary hold placed on the order will fall off within 2-7 business days. i purchased DiRx annual savings plan which looked like a godsend as i do not have insurance and ****** a year was a big savings as most of my medications are covered the savings plan payment went through immediately.i supplied the info for my current pharmacy as well as my physician along with my needed meds, i have called several times and have been told each time they sent the info over and were waiting on my Dr, the dr ****** have never received a request and they tried calling DiRx to get my meds going but after a 30 minute hold she had to go, so i have the info and she will electronically send the prescription tomorrow i just want people to know if they have important meds to keep on DiRx to make sure they arent stuck in some kind of eternal limbo like mine. i need my meds so its looking like im going to have to bite the bullet and and pay to have filled it this doesnt get resolved quicklyInitial Complaint

The Pharmacy claimed that i had selected auto refilled but i didn't do that. i ordered month by month which can be seen through my 2 previous months of ordering from them. They automatically send me my medication and refused to cancel the order and refund money. They charged my credit card without my consent and refused to correct the issue.Business response
