            I initially took my van in mid July for a hvac leak. They diagnosed a leaking pipe and quoted $1175.65 to repair and ordered the part. When it came in I dropped the van and the repair was completed. They texted that it was good to go. Worked half a day and failed, I contacted them and took it back and they diagnosed a bad compressor this time and quoted $996 for the repair. Dropped it off and got a text that it was ready to go. Worked half a day and failed. Contacted the shop and was told to bring it back and they flushed the system and put the same Freon back in at no charge. Again I got a text that it was ready to go, worked half a day and failed. Contacted shop and was told it must be service ports they changed one but not the other. I took it back and they changed that at no charge, and contacted me saying its good to go. Again worked half a day and failed. This time I contacted the shop and was told that it had to be the condenser dryer assembly and they normally do this part when doing a compressor replacement but didnt this time. I expressed how unhappy I was about being out of pocket $2200 and the system was still non operational. I asked about pricing and heard nothing this time until I texted and asked about the pricing again, and was quoted $1246. Each repair per the invoices in and out mileage was never road tested, even after stating to the shop that the cooling is ok at idle but not while driving. This shop is newer and the owner shares the same beliefs in certain areas I have, so Im not looking to move forward with my attorney that has all documents and communications to date. And havent went to ****** or social media. Im just looking for my ac to function properly with out being charged out the *** over and over again with no results. Id either like everything but the parts refunded $900. Or wave the labor fees on the latest quote that is supposed to finally fix the hvac system. 4 visits $2200 and the hvac system still isnt operational.
