    I received a letter from Capital City Bank.  They stated they did not have a recording of the conversation so basically he called me a liar.  Then the letter stated what we talked about on the phone call with there representative they didn't have a recording of.  They closed the account and did not notify us although the account did not have a negative balance.  This caused numerous automatic payments to be returned and caused major issues and expenses for us.  I have filed a complaint with the banking commission.

    We purchased a vehicle and loan through ccbg. In June of this year I became late with a payment. I use the website to make payments and never new that I was behind due to site not providing info on what was due (I always paid more due to not knowing the exact payment amt) The ending of July became ill with COVID and missed a payment in Aug. Shortly after the hurricane they came and got the truck. I have deligently attempted to explain and refinance since they took the vehicle. They refuse to let me pay past payments , bank draft each month and expenses that may have occured. They are going to ruin our credit without hesitation. I have tried to contact loan officer and they will not give out info. They are taking my vehicle to auction and at close to retirement we are doomed with a reposesion on our credit. Please help

    They have not replied or spoke with us about resolving the issue. They refuse to contact us and allow us to pay for back payments and any further charges. Can they refuse us the chance to pay the behind payments and charges for the vehicle instead of ruining our credit with a repo? I just want to pay and save our credit.

    I requested my bank account closed in January 2021 via phone, I haven't received contact from capital city Bank regarding my account since January 2021. I shredded my card after closing the bank account with a 0 balance and there's no activity of the account since. I recently went to open a savings account at another bank citizens trust bank that I have been banking with a year and a $50 owed balance for capital city Bank came up preventing me from opening the new secondary account. This capital city Bank $50 balance wasn't present until 3 months ago as I've opend 3 accounts with other banks since capital city Bank and my background checks with financial institutions were done each time without any debt coming up. It's strange a $50 bill for a year closed bank account now only coming up the last 3 months. I'd like the charge removed.
